Just a humble progress update for my dear Patrons. ❤
Akari now has a classic costume variant when using the stun gun! Of course, she will still be using the white outfit when we reach the university arc. ❤This variant will be added to the game in v0.55!
Our resident ikemen, Ryuichi, now has a character sprite. You’ll be seeing him converse with Akari… very soon.
Lastly, I want to talk about the itchio situation. Their de-indexing of NSFW games hit us really bad, so I was a bit teary-eyed. The site was really important for funding and visibility. :(
Without the itchio revenue, I adjusted the subscriber goals to better reflect our current situation and what I’m able to afford. We’re on a razor’s edge when it comes to balancing the budget, so every bit goes a long way.
Sadly, without itchio and its algorithm, it’s really hard to market the game. I can only hope more people learn about my game through positive word of mouth, since there’s practically no avenues to showcase NTR now. :(
I’ll continue working hard on Chapter 6 and trying my best! We have two new Akari HCGs in the works, and you’ll be seeing the previews soon! Chapter 1 and Chapter 5’s “bad ends” will be updated with these new scenes. Chapter 6, of course, will have a new H-scene as well.
