Do you wanna vote? (Sekrit project, shh)

Hello everyone!

I’m thinking of doing short(er) stories to give you guys more value while you’re waiting for Heartsworn Abyss.

I have many ideas I’d like to explore that aren’t feasible in Heartsworn Abyss since Akari is such a tough cookie. ❤

So I’d like to introduce Rosa Mortifera, a fantasy/mystery adventure taking place in medieval times. It’s solely male protagonist with a linear plot—easier to write than Heartsworn Abyss, where I have to account for diverging paths and heroines xD.

The scenes in Rosa Mortifera will be indirect and… intentionally frustrating since you only witness them from a knight’s restricted point-of-view. The heroine there isn’t hapless, but her social standing makes it difficult to avert certain situations. Our faithful knight can only do so much against a corrupt, decadent nobility. :(

Anyway, Heartsworn Abyss will still be my “main game,” these stories are to try new ideas and expand my repertoire a bit. ❤
