Added Per Object Motion Blur
Full motion blur applied in interior camera but intensity used as 0 with other cameras, motion blur is going to affect less outside of interior camera
(Wheels require radial motion blur system but its a little bit hard to filter them so they are not going to look perfect)

If you are from China, put "snowymoon_korea.txt" to same folder as dxgi.dll to solve connection problem

Installation :
Disable ingame Anti Aliasing. Disable HDR if you are using.
Put dxgi.dll, dinput8.dll and nvngx_dlss.dll (if you want to use DLSS) to "GAME\bin\win_x64\" folder.
Use "END" or "CTRL+P" to open TAA menu.
Using with ReShade :
You can also use this method with any other mod/plugin uses dxgi.dll.
Create a folder named "reshade" in "bin\win_x64\" folder.
Put all ReShade (or any other mod/plugin) files to "bin\win_x64\reshade\" folder or select "bin\win_x64\reshade\" folder from ReShade installer.
