We're happy to announce that ETS2/ATS Lighting Improvements v2 has reached 30 000 active players in just 5 months, thank you so much for the incredible support ❤️
Meanwhile I am still working on v3 and I will keep updating v2 for new game versions until v3 released.
v3 – Planned improvements for the initial release
New lighting/tonemap algorithm
New sky system using real HDRIs like v1 (including sunlight/night for dynamic time of day)
New road textures with proper data for rain/snow
v3 – Planned improvements (not sure) for later releases
New vegetation
New textures for ground
Dynamic imperfection/dirt system for environment/vehicles
