Please, this is very important, please read until the end if you have the time available.
As the title says, patreon rework. As things are going now, my patreon has a few problems:
Every month I must come up with 3 new ideas. This can limit their quality, since a bad creative month implies directly mid-quality audio ideas at best.
There is not enough exclusive content for patreons. And the one it is are flimsy alts that you might not be interested in. This makes it less appealing for people to support my audios, and considering how time consuming it is that should be fixed.
I want! To work! On comms! All the comms I did so far are GORGEOUS! And I keep receiving wonderful ideas I cannot work on. More than one audio a month is a free-time suicide.
I had a few ideas to solve this problems, and I talked with a few patreons to iron them out. This is how they stand right now:
I'm going to make a hybrid month per month basis of audios. I want to work based on audio commissions, without depending extremely heavily on them. I will have 2 comm queues. One for patreons with priority, and one for everybody (patreons included).
Every three months:
First month will be an audio comm from the patreon queue. Patreons will have exclusive discounts only obtainable once they are 3 months a patreon. All current patreons start with this benefit though.
Second month, there will be an audio comm from the general commission queue. Here patreons will not have priority. This still allows me to grab comms from outside patreons~
Third month will be an audio poll, pretty much like I always did. This audio poll will result in an exclusive audio for patreons, not posted anywhere else. I will only post a teaser on my socials. That will be ⅓ audios exclusive for patreons, ensuring a steady supply of JUICY audios only available for patreons, while still providing free content for everyone else one month later. It also allows me for some creativity shenanigans~ Making audios I actively want to make~
That is the base idea! One month patreon comm, one month everybody comm, one month exclusive audio poll coming from an audio poll. There would be only one patreon tier, Vorny. For $5:
Early access to all audios (One month before the public)
Exclusive access to all scripts
Access to patreon priority commission queue
5% commission discount (Only for 3 month subbed patreons)
Access to audio poll vote. The audio winner will be permanently exclusive for patreons.
I will shut down the “Feast tier” bc two votes and script stuff is such a headache. One poll, no adding votes here and there. I'm going to shut down subscribestar. If my patreon falls, I will rely solely on comms to work.
I'm going to shut down patreon for november, to let you think whether you want to stay or not. “One after another” will be released in december, once I return to vorny duties! I dunno if it will be exclusive or not. I will see~
