投資のしがいのありそうなものも、比較的安価ですみそうなものもあり、皆様の集合知のありがたみを噛みしめております。
昨年から導入した空調服と合わせて、なんとかこの夏も乗り切っていきたいと思います。

Thank you so much for sharing all sorts of wisdom regarding the ways to stay cool that I wrote about last week.
You shared everything from humble everyday-life tips to techniques backed by science.
There were ideas that seemed worth investing in, as well as some that could be tried relatively cheaply, and I find myself deeply appreciating the collective wisdom of everyone.
Together with the air-cooled workwear I introduced last year, I hope to somehow make it through this summer as well.
Please be careful of heatstroke — let's all look after ourselves...!

Desde simples sabedorias do cotidiano até técnicas com respaldo científico, me ensinaram todo tipo de método.
Há ideias que parecem valer o investimento, e também algumas que podem ser experimentadas a um custo relativamente baixo, e sinto profundamente a gratidão pela sabedoria coletiva de todos.
Junto com a roupa com ventilação que comecei a usar no ano passado, espero conseguir atravessar este verão também.
Vamos cuidar uns dos outros para evitar a insolação...!
