After two full arcs, it feels great to be back with Kyrie and Leon as the leads. They're always a joy to write, and scenes between them tend to come naturally. They also bring something unique to the comics, being the only purely romantic couple in the cast.
That contrast helps keep things fresh. No matter how much I enjoy writing witches, monster girls, succubi, and eldritch schemers, there's something special about returning to a couple who genuinely adore each other and finding new ways to explore that dynamic.
