is Bryan danielson still with AEW?

Yes, and still contributes creatively. I'm not sure how often he's actually at the shows or anything like that, but he still contributes I believe. I know the travel could be tough on him physically. I'm not sure if Brie being on the road for WWE has adjusted things for him, but that would make a lot of sense.

There has been a lot of stop and start with RUSH in AEW. He was recently getting squash matches and mic time, was actually in the intro video for Dynamite and was built up for the world title match which he lost. It seems counter productive to build him up to have him lose and then take him off TV again. My question relates to his absence, has he been affected by the visa issues? Is there heat for him hurting MJF? It seems like a lot of stock was being put into him.

No. He's not affected by the visa issues currently at least. He was in San Diego on Collision this past week after vanishing for about a month. I was never told he faced those issues in June, but I'll keep asking. The plan was always to give him some wins and have him challenge MJF for the World Title, and add to MJF's resume while adding legitimacy to Rush as a performer. It happened the way it was laid out to me at least.

Whenever aew, wwe or any major promotion has multiple tapings per night. Is there usually a bathroom or small lunch break in between tapings for the camera crew, announcers, commentators, timekeeper or anybody behind the scenes pulling double duty? Or it’s just show ends and straight to the next?

There are breaks. Sometimes small intermissions. Sometimes there will be segments designed for the crowd in order to give certain members of the team or the crew the opportunity for a short rest. However, a lot of times it's just a product of the job and they have lunch or dinner before or after work.
