Hey! π
The end of the heat wave seems to draw closer, but currently it's still not a good idea to run my GPU at 100% for 10+ minutes to render videos π₯π₯so please bare with me - the public update of Chapter 3 will come soon, promised.
In the meantime, in Tomb-of-Destiny-adjescent news: I just finished mixing and mastering the 2nd album of my fun little side project "Babe Squad".
They're a fictional girl band trying to relive the glory days of the "attitude era" of the late 90s and early 2000s! π€ You may have heard them before as some of their songs are part of the Tomb Of Destiny soundtrack (which I'm also still working on and plan to release seperately).
The new album features 18 tracks, most of them are either about big breasts or other naughty topics ππ. They lean heavily into ghetto rap and funk metal / nu metal but also don't shy away from some other genres like synthwave ("Bimbot"), lofi trip hop ("The Golden Era") or dreampop ("Simp City 2000"). In other words, just browse the songs for a bit, chances are you might end up finding something that you like! πΆ

In case you are wondering how these songs are created - basically I write all the lyrics first, then sample some guitar parts etc. to create a rough structure and then use AI for the vocals (it would sound nightmarish if I tried to sing or - even worse - rap myself, trust me). Then I use a DAW to put the pieces back together and add some effects and mastering.
So yeah I would very much appreciate it if you gave this a listen as it took quite some effort to put something together with a nice sound and very "inappropriate" lyrics in order to stand out from your typical mainstream pop and tame AI slop. π
See you very soon for more Tomb of Destiny news!
Bye! π
