Hello, everyone!
This post is intended to explain and demonstrate how players perform the Automatic Nemesis technique.
This content is provided for educational purposes only. If you choose to use these methods, you do so at your own risk.
Warning: If someone is using this technique against you, there's no way to defend against it... so just run! 😂
Yes, you can receive a temporary ban if other players report you.
Before doing anything else, change your in-game name (tag). Use a combination of similar-looking characters so that, if someone records gameplay, it becomes much harder to identify your account.
For example:
IIll0oO___llIIIIII
or any similar combination of uppercase I, lowercase l, zeros 0, uppercase O, and underscores _.
The harder your name is to read and recognize, the more difficult it is for someone to identify you from a recorded video.
Setup Requirements
Let's start with the setup.
First: You will need a desktop PC or laptop. Without a computer, this method will not work.
Second: You will need a second network adapter (Ethernet).
We will not be using Wi-Fi, as it does not provide the stability or low latency required for this setup. Wi-Fi can introduce packet loss and additional delay, which can affect the results.
For this reason, an Ethernet connection is required.
You will need a USB 3.0 Ethernet Network Adapter.
To open the Network Connections window in Windows, press Win + R to open the Run dialog, type ncpa.cpl, and press Enter.
We will use two connection-sharing methods:
1. Network Bridge Mode
Network Bridge Mode: Creates a direct bridge between your network adapters, allowing the PS5 to access the network through the PC.
2. Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
Internet Connection Sharing (ICS): Shares your PC's internet connection directly with the PS5 through the Ethernet adapter. ICS assigns the Ethernet adapter the default IP address 192.168.137.1, and the PS5/Xbox automatically receives its IP configuration from the PC.
In SoftPerfect, select the Ethernet adapter connected to the PS5 / Xbox.
I personally prefer Network Bridge Mode because it's simpler to set up and provides a more stable connection.
Configuring SoftPerfect
Now let's configure SoftPerfect to enable and disable the Lag Switch. Assign a hotkey to toggle it ON/OFF.
When using a SoftPerfect hotkey, press it once to enable the Lag Switch and press it again to disable it.
There is now a new version of my software designed to make the process easier and work as a hotkey.
If you use a USB foot pedal, it can help you quickly enable and disable the function.
HOTKEY TRIGGER
This software must be purchased here, along with the configuration file.
If you have a USB foot pedal, you can assign a key to enable and disable SoftPerfect.
Now I will use my Hotkey Software to help control the Lag Switch more easily.
Your Setup Is Ready
Your system is now ready to use the Lag Switch.
How should you use it? There are different ways to use it. One common approach is to activate it while moving, then disable it just before you start shooting.
Using the Automatic Nemesis
To use the Automatic Nemesis, I'll demonstrate the full technique in the video. Follow these steps:
Equip the Nemesis.
Press the foot pedal or activate the Lag Switch using your assigned hotkey.
Switch to your secondary weapon and begin firing.
While firing, release the foot pedal or press the hotkey again to disable SoftPerfect.
In short: Press the foot pedal → Switch weapons → Release the foot pedal.
Watch the video carefully.
As shown in the video, start with the Nemesis equipped, then activate the Lag Switch. Next, switch to your secondary weapon and disable the Lag Switch at the appropriate moment.
On your own screen, the Nemesis will not appear to fire automatically. The effect is only visible to other players.
Be careful: Other players may record their gameplay and submit the footage to Ubisoft, which could result in action being taken against your account.
To perform the Automatic Nemesis technique, you must use the Rock 'n' Roll shotgun as your secondary weapon.
Before using this technique, you must first register a Nemesis shot.
Each time you join a new server, fire one shot with the Nemesis before performing the technique.
Watch the technique video. You'll see me activate it and fire step by step.
Your SoftPerfect configuration must block your inbound internet traffic so that the Nemesis damage is registered with a delay.
This is the core idea behind the Lag Switch technique and a game exploit. There are many different exploits, and SoftPerfect can be configured in several ways. The goal is to introduce a delay in the TCP connection.
If you'd like to support my work so I can continue creating content like this, I'll leave a link where you can purchase the Hotkey Trigger and the SoftPerfect configuration file. Simply load the profile, and everything will be ready to use.
Many players choose not to share this information, and some people sell similar setups for a high price.
