Hey everyone!
The next work in progress post is here! I only can show you screenshots from Blender because I yet to put everything into the game but with this set I'm spending a lot of time in Photoshop.
The texture for the bookcart is still not finished fully, I'm gonna add some small details on the books. But it's slowly coming together.
I made a cute postcard rack for which I made screenshots in game in almost every city to fill up the postcards. Let me tell you, I love the nature in the game, there are so many beautiful places.
After that I started the signs with this sign board which you can put in front of your shops. As you can see I made a bunch of swatches in many themes and I still want to make more! I made some with only typography so they are not that themed and can be used for more types of shops. This board will come in two pieces, an empty board with different colors, and the logos, flyers (with transparent background) you can slot onto them. Just like with the Businesses & Hobbies pack. This way you have more options and you can put the logos separately on the wall or on windows too.
I started working on the sign above the door. I decided to go with the same method so they will be flat signs with transparent backgound, this way I can do many of them. They will be mostly text, some of them with a little logo or illustration but many different fonts. They will work the best with the empty sign "holder" I'll include in this set but of course you can put them on the wall directly. I plan to model a main sign in 3D for the bookshop itself though, I have a cute idea for it so I just have to. :D
