Hey everyone!
As I mentioned in my earlier post when I published the latest set, there were some items I couldn't finish and include in that one. So I decided I'd release the windows and doors and work more on the other things and upload it a week-2 weeks later.
These items are meant to go in front of your shops. The main goal was to achieve a cozy, "Iwannaseethoseoldbooksandsitdownandreadalittle" feeling. I hope I could bring this feeling to life with this set.
The other important thing was to make as many signs as I could. I have to be honest, this task was creatively draining for me because I had to come up with different "logos" (which I've always hated to make) and different kind of flyers, signs so they would be useable for more than just a book store. Most of the design elements I used are from Freepik, but I modified, recolored, redesigned most of them. None of these were made using AI.
The signs come in 2 sizes, each design have 2 versions for these sizes. Sometimes it's the same as the bigger, sometimes I used different text but they always go together. They will snap onto the sign panels from the previous set. I tried to make a big variety of them for different type of lots, and I tried to make designs with only text (these usually come in black and white options).
The shop flyers as I called them (but now I realized poster would fit better, but I can't change it now because I have to go) can be used alone and put on the wall, on the windows or as I intented: they can be slotted onto the empty sign board. I made a bunch of designs for this as well. (The photos only show a few of them.)
I hope you'll find these signs useful, I really tried to do many options to choose from.
I told you about me travelling home so I won't be available until the 19th of January, I won't upload WIP posts in this time but I'll be here answering comments!
After I come back I'll start on the next part which will be finally an interior set, I don't know what exactly yet because I have so many ideas for the inside, I think I'll have to do more parts for it as well. :D We might start with the reception and lounge area because I wanna do bookshelfs too but I just know they will be a lot so I think they'll be in another part.
