“Mahoraga?”

“Yes, it is the Shikigami’s name. A name I have never heard of.” Getou hummed as you all walked down the hall.

Toji looked toward Sukuna who shook his head. No one knew of the spirit.

“Never heard of him, even in the game.” You added.

“Probably because it was left here within a graveyard.”

As grim as Sukuna’s words were, it was the only thing that made sense.

Gojo was busy taking off a candy wrapper as he spoke, “I’m sure the old woman knows something about this Magamama.”

You released a snort, “His name is Mahoraga. He told Getou and me that. Which is weird that I could hear him too, right?“

“Maybe this spirit can talk to people, we weren’t nearby so we couldn’t have heard it.” Toji suggested.

Getou patted the book within your arms, “Nope. I think this one just likes our omega. Hence why she is the only one able to carry his cage.”

Gojo grumbled in irritation, “Do we have to start counting demons in the harem list?”

You let out an incredulous laugh, “Ha, I don’t think so my alpha do not fret.” You couldn’t believe how ridiculous he was being.

“Why would you even say that? Shikigamis can’t mate...” Toji stated, looking confused and irritated at the same time. Almost like he was trying to decide whether this Mahoraga was a real threat. “…Wait…Can they?”

“Yes, they can actually.” Getou stated.

“Really?!” You all gasped except Sukuna.

“No you fools!”

“Ah-.” You deadpanned as Sukuna laughed at you all for falling for such a trick.

“Pfft-Disappointed you fell for that.”

“Yeah yeah.” Toji sighed pushing open the double doors to the library.

The room was GIGANTIC- it was like a massive tower with rows and rows of books reaching as high as you could see. Stairs going up and up with extra platforms and more bookshelves. The wall of the room slowly circled in different directions, revealing even more books.

It felt like the library was alive.

However, you noticed that all of the books looked weird. They looked almost like ghosts of books…like they weren’t actually there and you could see right through them.

“Aye Nanami you find anything-Yikes! What happened to you bud?” Gojo shouted, his voice echoing into the giant space.

“It’s just a scratch Gojo.”

You looked to find your blonde sitting at a large table in the middle of the room. He had bruises and blood all over him but he was conscious.

“Nanami!” You gasped hurrying over to him, “Are you okay? What the hell happened?” You were talking fast while you shifted the book in your arm so you could heal your alpha.

“I might have crossed a bigger-than-a-rat Shadow Spirit…it was hiding in this room. Don’t worry I handled it with just a few bumps.”

“A few?” Sukuna mocked.

You frowned, “Nanami you were supposed to call us!” You were quite upset that your alpha neglected his own safety!

Nanami looked sorrowful, “It wouldn’t let me leave. I had no other choice but to fight it.”

“Oh…” your chest deflated, it was your fault your alpha got hurt. You had suggested splitting up. “…I’m sorry Nanami this was my fault…”

“No…it wasn’t. None of us could have known that such a large creature was hiding in here. It didn’t come out until I started reconstructing the books. I believe it was guarding the library.”

“Are you sure it wasn’t just guarding the castle?” Getou questioned.

“I’m certain. The first thing it attacked was the book I had begun to fix. Then it charged at me.”

You found there were ghost books thrown all around, and broken furniture, signs of an attack. “I don’t remember the shadow creatures picking up a new hobby…maybe there was more to this attack than just the witches themselves…so these books can be brought back to life… or whatever?”

Your blonde nodded, “Yes…powerful magic holds them in a different realm. To restore them I must channel the very energy and transfer it to another book. Like so…” You watched as Nanami demonstrated. He had one hand on a purple ghostly-looking book and the other held a pen over a blank page of a notebook. He closed his eyes and allowed the curse energy to travel through his body. You watched both of his hands glow with yellow energy. Without looking Nanami began to write, scribbling words onto the blank paper. His other finger slid along the ghostly page.

You leaned your head to the side, reading what he was writing.

Today is the matting moon and here I am another year stuck within this tower.

No mate to love.

Love? What a stupid thing. Maybe I’m biased because I never felt such a thing.

All I know is hate.

I hate everything. I hate you mother and I hate you father. I hate you dreadful sister. I hate you family. I hate all of you. I hate whoever is reading this. But most of all I hate this prison that I am forever locked up in.

How long has it been? Five years? I’ve spent my time in here with nothing but stupid fairytales to read. At most times I concoct a potion to put me to sleep. I think last month I slept for weeks to make the time go by.

But what does any of it matter?

What am I waiting for?

What is there for me?

Forever I stay here. Staring at the crudely imagined moon outside my window. A mockery. It looks so fake. You did a terrible job creating this makeshift space mother. I don’t even remember what the actual moon looks like but I know it doesn’t look that ridiculous. A dokko could have done a better job. It’s not even a circular shape. It’s grey like a splotch in the sky.

I hate it.

I hope you can feel the hatred bleed from the page.

I write these words with fury and rage. I grip this stupid feathered pen as tight as I can grip it. So tight it hurts to write. It’s pink, I know this was meant for your favorite child but I guess she didn’t like it so you tossed it to me on my birthday along with this stupid stupid diary. Your failed attempt at seeming like you care. I think I’d just rather you never visit me. Your fake love is more cruel than anything. What does it do for you? If you really cared you’d have gotten me a cat to keep me company. Do you ever get me what I want? Do I ever have a choice? Did you ever love me? Why am I even writing this down? I feel so stupid.

Are you happy mother?

I write these angry words in hopes that you will read this when I finally decide I’ve had enough of this prison.

I hope you read this misery that is me. The misery you have created.

Mother I hope you read this so you know how much I despise you for being weak and allowing the wasteful piece of shit that is my sister to trick you into believing I was the one who killed her stupid boyfriend.

I swear to the great witches that I did not kill that freckled face bastard.

She did.

All because he showed me a sprinkle of kindness. I had dropped my basket of fruits and he had simply helped me pick them up.

I bet you wouldn't even care that she was the one who killed him. I bet you knew it wasn’t me. But someone had to take the blame right? Someone other than your precious daughter. Aren’t I your daughter too? Aren’t you supposed to protect me too?

I don’t know what’s worse. Either you are so blinded by your love for that whench that you cant see how truly ugly she is. Or if you love her so much you don't care how ugly she is.

Because she’s oh so pretty.

She’s oh so beautiful.

That’s why you named her Beauty and me Wicked.

It had to be me.

The bad witch.

The wicked witch.

Sorry I hurt you as a baby growing in your womb. Sorry I made you so sick you lost your hair. Sorry I almost killed you at birth. Sorry I was born with this hideous birthmark across my face. Sorry I was your misery from the start.

But fuck you

-All hate, Wicked’

“Damn… poor girl.” You murmured.

Nanami finished writing the cursive signature, and once the pen lifted away from the page, it shone and began to shift. The book transformed into a completely different book from its original state. The cover was a sparkly pink. The transformation had also changed Nanami’s cursive. You could see it now, how angry the woman was as she wrote her hatred. It looked scratchy and jagged not at all proper and neat.

Nanami opened his eyes to read what he wrote.

Gojo leaned over his shoulder, “…Hm…This one is just a diary, how is that gonna help with anything?”

“Maybe you should try another.” Toji suggested.

Nanami shook his head, “This one was especially important to the creature I fought. The whole time it held it in its hands…there must be information in here that it didn’t want anyone to read.”

Sukuna pointed to the date, “The witch lived almost a thousand years ago. Either she knows something to help us now or it was too long ago to be relevant.”

“What can she really know being locked up in a tower all her life?” Gojo commented.

You shook your head, “Maybe she didn’t stay in the tower. Can you skip to the last page to see?”

“Sure…” Nanami flipped to the last page of both books. He took a deep breath before activating his curse energy. But then frowned, “There’s no writing on this one… give me a second.” He flipped through the book backwards searching for the last entry of the diary. “Here it is.” He set up and began to write once again, as if possessed.

‘December 31 11*000

My dear reader… Today is the day. I have made it to the mating moon and this time I’m not locked in a tower.

I write these words full of love. Not hate.

I finally found love. A beautiful kind of love.

Can you believe it?

A loving family just for me.

Our adventure was long but it has led us to this sacred moment. On this sacred day. We worked so hard to get here. To save this world, the one I once hated. But now I see beauty in it. In all things.

I love it.

I have a purpose. I have a family.

I never thought I would make it to this day.

From my first page to this one. So much has changed. A drastic contrast from last year.

I read that first page today, and I look at it in sorrow. I remember that hate. I remember that hopelessness I felt. I wish I could go back to that miserable woman and tell her that life was going to get better. A million times better.

I wish that I could tell her a strange man and his angel friend were going to break into her tower and take her on a wild quest to save the world.

The old me-Wicked- would have laughed at such a preposterous tale but here I am as Midnight. A new omega.

I lived a fairytale I had always wished for. And now I’m getting my happily ever after.

I cry as I write these words. My heart is full and I cannot wait to mate with my beloved along with my girls that I have come to love.

I know you are reading this Yuki. I love you very much. Even though I hated you at first. I hated all of you. We were constantly fighting and bickering. I had no hope for any of us. Remember when Blaze pushed Frost into an active volcano? Now look at you two. Getting ready for our mating moon laughing and playing. Or what about that time I tricked Unity into killing her plants? I still regret that day, but you have forgiven me.

Time and time again we fought, but our bond became something we couldn’t even dream of.

We didn’t know what love was.

None of us did.

Not until our Wolf came to save us.

I thank you Tengen for sending him. I thank you for blessing me with these crazy people. Our souls are bound in a way like no other.

We saved this world together, and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else by my side.

My family, my true family.

I love you all so much.

Tomorrow we will be bonded by our alpha.

I'm practically vibrating right now. I told Unity she can dress me up with makeup and a frilly lingerie dress. She nearly screamed so loud that she broke glass. I hate to admit that I’m excited even though I pouted about it. I was even happier when everyone was calling me beautiful.

It always makes me warm when you guys call me beautiful. I have heard it from you all more than I ever heard it from my egg donor which is zero. I know she and the rest of my family are all jealous that I have obtained the best thing in the world.

A love as beautiful as ours.

Unity is calling me now. Goodbye for now my diary.

I hope my alpha will find me beautiful tonight as well.

-Midnight

My heart is hurting with love! Tonight will be a glorious bonding experience my dearest friend!

-Starfire AKA Unity <3

Hey! I’m not the only one who reads your diary!

-Love Yuki

I have a fiery spirit, and you are the only one who can match it. I love you. But Frost can still kiss my ass though.

-Twin Flame

I’ll kick your ass Blaze! Love you Midnight! This was all Yuki’s idea so if you get mad we wrote in your diary I’ll jump her with you.

-Frost

Why are we jumping me?!

- A very confused Yuki

Because you-

I caught the girls writing in your journal again. Sorry, couldn’t help but write a few words myself so I guess you can add me to the jumping pile. I love you Midnight, more than words could ever describe. You are as beautiful as the first day I laid my eyes upon you. If anything you have only become even more beautiful as time goes on. Here’s to the last day of us being unmated.

Tonight you will become mine and I will forever be yours.

We will make a beautiful home for our beautiful family.

-Wolf Koushin

P.S. I hope our pups inherit your beauty mark.

₊˚ ✧ ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━ ✧ ₊˚

Your eyes widen, “Oh my Tengen…Yuki?! Is this referring to the angel Yuki?” You look at your other alphas who were also crowding the book.

Sukuna leaned upon the table, “She did say the alpha and his angel friend saved her. That could be referring to her.”

“Who are these other people?” Gojo questioned.

“No idea.” Nanami murmured. “The only person known is Yuki.”

Toji frowned, “But I find it hard to believe that is the angel Yuki. Why haven’t we heard about her pack? Or their story of saving the world? You’d think their pups would pass it on.”

“Are you sure they even had pups?” Getou countered.

“Yeah…” you nod flipping the page of the ghost diary, “…This isn’t the last page of the book. I would expect her to be writing about how wonderful her mating moon was…what the hell happened?”

Your white haired alpha popped his sucker out of his mouth, “Maybe she got another book? Open up a new book for a new life, kind of thing? This pink seems unfitting for her especially since she hated her dam.”

Sukuna scoffed, “She wrote in it for that long I doubt it. But I can see how a new book could be a sentimental adaptation of her new life.”

“I practically said that.”

“I know I was agreeing with you idiot but also not agreeing.”

“Okay, she either got another book or~?”

Everyone looked unsure.

“Not sure…” Your eyes scanned the words once again. “…Maybe they died?”

Getou shifted with a little gasp, “Wait… Look.” He pointed at the date.

“11*000?” You raised a brow.

“Ooooh.” Your alphas realized what you didn’t notice.

Gojo released a low whistle, “A year before the holy war began.“

“Wait- what?!” You triple-check the date. This diary entry was a year before the holy war?

“Coincidence?” Gojo questioned.

“Perhaps not…” Getou looked toward you, he could see your mind working overtime. “What do you think?”

“What…Well…Maybe if this is connected? Maybe something happened to Yuki’s pack and therefore started the war between witches and angels. What if Wicked…or Midnight’s family attacked them? Why else would we not know any of these other people besides Yuki? Just like Nobara she was probably the only one who survived and probably went crazy.”

Getou rubbed his chin in thought, “That could be plausible…but why would the temple be holding her prisoner? Why not the witches?”

“I…” you clicked your tongue, “…I don’t know…what if the witches did something to her? Made her attack her own people? Maybe they had to turn her into stone to protect themselves?

Nanami looked between the two of you, neither of you had anything else to add to this mystery. Toji, Sukuna, and Gojo appeared to have no other input as well.

It was quiet before you blonde spoke up, “I believe there is still more info that we need to gather. We only have a few pieces to the puzzle.”

You sighed, “This is hurting my head…I thought I knew so much but…more and more I realize I didn’t know shit.”

Sukuna looked as if you had offended him, “You know a lot, do not disrespect my omega.”

You let out a little laugh, “I do know stuff, but this? Nanami’s chains? Yuji and his star mark? Yuki? Her pack…I just wish I could be more helpful…”

“Enough darling, your game showed you a path to end a villain. But that doesn’t mean it is the only one.” Getou spoke solemnly.

“Yeah imagine these like side quests, it’s not like we really need to do any of this to beat the game!” Gojo smiled, attempting to cheer you up.

You didn’t think these were simple side quests. Kenjaku sending his monsters to kill off the witches and guard the library was too important to ignore. Nanami and Yuji were also very important to you, so you didn’t want to see either of them as an optional quest.

Toji rubbed your back gently, “We will figure it out.”

“Yes, it would be no fun if you came in and solved all our problems, let us do some work too.” Getou joked.

You took a deep breath, “I guess we can start by asking G.Ma about anything she knows...” You looked around the library, not one book was untouched. “I can’t believe those monsters destroyed everything. Can’t even see what book is what.”

“Knowledge is power...that’s why this library is protected by powerful magic to keep information going. If our villain can’t get rid of them, he can certainly hide them.” Sukuna gazed around, “It’s going to take forever to restore them.”

He was right about that. You didn’t even know where to begin. This diary was the only lead that you had to anything.

“I’m sure the witches will help us.”

“Will?” Nanami scoffed, “If anything we are helping them.”

“Exactly, we saved her grandson, we saved their home, we saved them! And now you are helping them with these books.” Gojo drawled on as he flopped back into a chair.

“Weeee are helping them with these books.” You stated. “Yes we did assist them but we also need any information found in this library for Yuji and Nanami.”

You could see the appreciation flicker over your blonde's face. “I’ll keep working on this diary if you’d like to tell the witches the good news.”

“I’ll start on another book,” Getou said as he sat down.

“Okay, I can do that...” You smiled feeling excited. You couldn’t wait to tell the others of your success. The one thing you could truly be happy about right now.

~

Coming through the portal Momo gasped, quickly running toward you.

“Are you alright? What happened?! You guys were in there for so long! We were starting to get worried! The girls kept asking for you and I just told them I would check but-“ The girl was talking fast, the room was filled with witches, Yuta and G.Ma included.

Looks like they gathered everyone in case you all perished.

“Okay okay~ we are okay Momo.” You calmed the girl down as she took a deep breath.

“I’m sorry-what happened?”

“Where are the others?” Maki questioned from behind.

You could see the worried expressions.

“You failed?” G.Ma asked, almost as if she expected as much.

“Well…” you began slowly, looking around at all the faces. They were waiting, holding their breath. “Sorry for taking so long but…” You stood proud, lifting your head high as you stated, “There is nothing to fear, your home is cleared.” You smiled brightly as everyone cheered, erupting into a loud uproar.

“Wait are you serious?” Someone yelled.

“We can go home?!”

“She said it’s clear!”

“Nothing to fear!”

“WE CAN GO HOME!”

Sukuna whispered, “I thought she was going to go with- ‘Do not mourn, it is safe for your return.’

Toji chuckled as he said, “I liked ‘good news everyone- your home is no longer overrun’.”

Gojo then jumped in, “She should have done mine- ‘your prime omega is here to tell you - it’s tiiiiiime~!!!”

“Shut up!” You hushed your alphas, who had heard you practicing what you would say when you delivered your message.

They began to snicker to themselves as witches came up to hug you.

Yuta came within the wave of the others, he bowed with a hand to his chest, “I keep finding myself within your debt even more. Perhaps I should just give you a blood oath of my life.”

“Noo~ there is no need for that, but I do have a few things that you can help with. The first one would be my brain.”

“Of course, I will get to the library right away!”

“Uh about that-“

“Move!” G.Ma had pushed the others aside so she could stand in front of you.

She wobbled with her cane, eyes wide and unbelieving. “Young girl did you and your alphas clear out every last one of those pests?”

Geeze she had no faith in us.” Gojo snorted.

Your alphas in the back were having their own conversations while you handled the masses.

You nodded proudly, “We did and-“

“G.Ma look what’s in her hand!” Yoruzo pointed in shock.

You blinked lifting the book, “Oh this-“

“AH!!!”

The room screamed in horror. Pure horror. Everyone scattered away from you. G.Ma yelled throwing her hands up with a terrified expression- falling over dramatically as Maki and Mai caught her.

“Stop-“

“What the hell?”

What the fuck!” Sukuna stepped in front of you as did Toji and Gojo.

“We can’t trust her!” Yoruzo stated with a gasp.

Girl be so serious.

Why are you guys freaking out?!” Gojo shouted in annoyance.

The witches had wanted to embrace you at first but now they were backing away looking ready to puke. Even Momo looked shell-shocked.

What was up with this book?!

She has that book- Yuta what are you doing?”

The alpha had not backed away from you. He stood in the middle defensively. “I don’t think this means she is wicked.“

Inumaki raised his hand, “What does that book mean?” Momo whispered into his ear as he nodded. “Oooh~.”

“What does this mean?” You echo his question hoping someone could explain why this book was bad.

“YOU!” G.Ma pointed a crooked finger at you. “How in the dark arts did you pick up that book?!”

You looked down at it and then shrugged, “I just picked it up.”

None of us can pick it up only she can, why is that?” Sukuna questioned.

G.Ma was slowly inching back, eyes darting at you and the book. It was like she was waiting for an attack.

Gojo growled in frustration, “Come on now tell us something!”

Yet no one dared to speak. They only looked at each other, frozen like deer caught in headlights.

Nobara stepped a little closer to you. You could see Maki’s hand shoot out grabbing her arm to hold her back but she shook her off.

“I’m not going to stand here like Raven didn’t just save our asses twice now. Yes, she has the book but she has not summoned the monster within it…Have you?”

Silent gazes shifted to you for answers.

“No no- I haven’t!”

Should she not be holding it? Will it curse her?” Toji tried to grab the book but even with all his strength he couldn’t lift it away. “Baby put this down.”

“Well- hold on. I want to know why this Shikigami makes me wicked? How can I be wicked if I don’t do wicked things? I use my powers for good. I used my powers to save your home- so why would you think I would use this power for evil?”

G.Ma snarled as she spoke, “Only those with an evil spirit can wield that Shikigami…It senses that within you.“

So you aren’t afraid of the monster, you’re afraid of her?” Gojo questioned. “This cutie patootie?

Why did he-

“Can she just put it back? Then there will be nothing to worry about!” Momo spoke up.

You could see how nervous your beta and your friends were. They were trying to protect you but at the same time, a part of them feared you.

You thought you were Queen Arthur but no one was clapping for you for pulling out the sword. You weren’t noble- you were being labeled as a monster for your achievement.

“G.Ma I would never- ever hurt any of you. I love your grand pups. I wouldn’t do anything to cause them harm mentally or physically... If it bothers you so much I’ll put it back.”

G.Ma blinked a few times, her expression changed briefly when you stated your love for the girls. She settled her hand upon her cane, standing up with the help of her other witches. “I suppose if you put it back…that will be fine…”

Yoruzo was pissed, “G.Ma? Don’t be foolish! Mai say something!”

The green-haired woman looked a bit surprised that she was being called out, truly she gave you the most shit at first but she didn’t utter a word this whole time. She cleared her throat now that everyone was looking at her, “I…I don’t know.”

The bitchy omega looked toward Momo now, “Are we forgetting how terrible this woman was? Did you not say it yourself that she was a wicked omega and you hated her at first?”

Your beta stuttered, “I…Well yes, but she’s changed! She’s done more good than bad!”

“Are you kidding?” Yoruzo rolled her eyes, “We’ve all heard of the tales about the wicked witch- the one that attacked her own family. She can put that book back all she wants but that still doesn’t change the fact that her soul is evil!”

“This sounds an awful lot like that woman we just read about.” Toji stated.

“Yes, it does…” You speak up, cutting into the arguing. “Was this evil witch named Wicked? And her alpha was named Wolf?”

G.Ma sighed, “I’m uncertain…”

“No fucking way, you don’t even know!” Gojo shouted.

Why the hell don’t you know shit?” Sukuna was now getting even angrier, “Library full of books and you didn’t take up at least fifty years of your life to read any of them?”

“You shut your filthy mouth! Most of our books have been destroyed! We’ve been trying to fix them! We have almost finished about half of our large collection.”

“Wait…Your books were destroyed before?”

“Yes…indeed…Why do you stare at me in such a way?”

“Uh…” Your team looked at each other.

“Yeah…”

“About that…”

“…”

~

NOOOOOOOO!” G.Ma cried as she crumbled to her knees within the library. “My libraryyyy! All of our work! Our precious boooks! How could this happen!”

Getou and Nanami looked over annoyed. G.Ma bawling on the ground as she muttered incoherent sentences over and over again.

Getou rolled his eyes at G.Ma’s theatrics, “And they say I’m the drama queen…”

Nanami flipped his page with attitude, “Crying will do you no good, get up and help us.”

You felt bad for G.Ma but truthfully you were much too tired for this. Your alphas could see the way your shoulders drooped.

“She needs to rest.” Toji spoke to Sukuna.

“Are we even safe here anymore?” He glared at Nobara, Momo, Toge, and Maki

“Y-Yes! She is safe!” Momo spoke swiftly. “We would never hurt Raven!”

“I didn’t even know what was going on.” Toge spoke simply. The only one other than Yuta who didn’t act differently.

The others however looked hurt by Sukuna’s words.

Maki’s eyes softened as she bowed, “Sorry for the way we treated you …It’s just…we…” She stood looking toward Nobara who continued her words.

“We…never saw anyone actually pick up that book. You are the first in all of our moons… even G.Ma’s. We weren’t alive during that time of the other witch…so all we have are our ancestors' words…”

You nodded but a part of you still felt a little betrayed. You had given them ZERO reason to be scared of you! “I understand… but you guys know me…” You found your voice lowering into a whisper near the end. The only sign given to show that your feelings were hurt.

Momo seemed to have heard it, her brows furrowed, “Let’s just get that book back- and then everyone will chill out!”

You could see in your peripheral vision, Sukuna shook his head. You knew your men didn’t like what was being said but they allowed you to hold the conversation. You were sure they had a lot they wanted to say.

“Okay…let’s go…I’d like to go to sleep.”

“Yeah, we can get you a room.” Nobara offered with a bit of a smile.

You turned to your boys, “I’m going to get settled in alphas.”

Toji kissed you on your forehead, “You deserve some sleep, we will bring you some food when you get up.”

“Thank you.”

Before you could go Sukuna leaned in, “You still want to trust them after that?”

“…I think most of them are scared of the book… not me…”

“Guess this leaves out the talk about taking the book, Getou’s isn’t going to like that news.” Toji looked over at the alpha who was dragging G.Ma off the ground with an annoyed grimace.

“Same with the pu-“ Gojo began but Sukuna elbowed him before he could finish. “Ai!”

“Same with what?” You ask releasing a tired yawn.

“Nothing. Go get some rest. They pull any sneaky shit and I’m going to burn this place down.” Sukuna nudged you along, silencing any protest.

You bowed and then waved goodbye at Nanami and Getou on your way out.

You were first taken to the room where you had found the book. The others stood back as you gently rested the book back in its place.

“Speak now or forever hold your peace…” You whispered as you smoothed your hand over the cover.

“…”

You heard nothing.

“Alrighty then…” You slid away leaving without a second glance.

Chef Note: I had finished Stranger Things and I have to say I have mixed emotions about it. A part of me really really wants to like it- like I’m trying my best but another part of me is like going full Avatar the Last Airbender saying there is no Stranger Things season 5 😃.

When I read the comments online about it and how the writing is poor it made me think about my own writing especially since this chapter was full of lore.

I see a lot of people creating their theories and some of them are super close and others have a mix of ideas. That’s why I love reading your theories because I think it helps me understand that the crumbs im leaving, you guys are picking it up and I believe the more you find the more you can put together the pieces.

I never want my writing to seem as though it is lazy or I don’t care about the story and for the ending of Stranger Things I think that’s how it felt, like they didn’t really care about the story. So needless to say I hope you guys can feel and read how much I enjoy writing this story. One of the reasons I stopped writing my other story for now is because I started making mistakes and I realized I couldn’t juggle both stories. This story was a bit more complex than I had anticipated and I felt it deserved all my attention.

I know this was like a whole lot of yapping but I just wanted to get that out. I don’t know why I felt so strongly about this lmao 😭 .

Anyways first meal of the new year I hope you enjoyed ^=^!
