My sanity is slipping away.
But Chapter 3 of Orphan has hit the halfway point.
That covers the writing-- I still have plenty of images to create. I've been considering making some small improvements to the User Interface/coded aspects of the game as well; for now, those remain on the backburner while the storytelling itself takes priority.
In case you haven't been paying attention, lemme highlight what you'll be getting in Chapter 3:

I'm pushing hard to wrap this chapter up within the next 2-3 weeks. At the end of the day, I want to remain as true as I can to the previous plan that I laid out, where each chapter takes 3-6 weeks total to release. I'm far from perfect (despite being incredibly handsome, jacked and genius), as you all know well. But with that being said, I appreciate your patience and support, always & forever. 💜

Well, thank you for asking. It's a webnovel set in the same setting as Orphan.
Forgotten deep in the hellish recesses of the Third Quarter, a sweltering ghetto of poverty and crime, a young man bides his time. Like the countless myriad of forsaken souls before and after himself, he's forced to play the cards dealt at birth, and roll the dice of life.
Desperate, he follows his older brother into a profession of violence and lawlessness. What unfolds soon after is a blood-soaked odyssey of confinement, death-games, brutality and finally his reckless recruitment into a Penal Legion as an entirely expendable convict-soldier.
Forced into the most ruthless conflicts seen in the mired streets of Cradle, will our protagonist manage to survive, thrive, and Rise to Power? Written in the same vivid, fierce and poetic style as Orphan, RtP will be my attempt at translating the setting into the LitRPG genre.
I want to start releasing 3 chapters a week on Patreon - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The first chapter releases Monday, November 18th and will be available for the lowest $3 Slave tier and up. I'm pretty amped to share this with you, breathe more life into the world of Cradle, and perhaps breathe more life into this community between each Orphan update.
