This was news to me (hey, it's Will).
I should acknowledge that obviously it's not EVERY snowboarder of all time who has beef with the Flying Tomato. But based on my research, he didn't have a ton of friends for a bunch of reasons.
We get into that in the video itself, so I won't relive it all down here. But I will say, this was one of my favorite stories to research because it really wasn't so foreign to me. Not only was I unfamiliar with the topic, but the whole backbone of this relies on understanding snowboarding's unique approach to competition, which I had zero clue about. It took me a while to appreciate both sides in order to try and capture things properly without an air of "lol what're these dudes talking about?"
