That's right—since I made Miyuki, I had to make Natsumi too. I have to admit that most of my affection is directed toward Miyuki (no arguments in the comments, please!), but you can't really call it "You're Under Arrest" unless both of them are there. Best of all, I can reuse most of Miyuki's parts, so I figured this would only take a few minor adjustments! —As long as I ignored the hair.
That confidence lasted about three days. Apparently, "I managed to make Miyuki, so surely Natsumi will be easy too" wasn't much of a plan after all. Still, I think I managed to pull off Natsumi's surprisingly intricate hairstyle reasonably well. Please, I hope no one tells me to redo it.
