Push to Kindle Android app update

We're in the process of testing a new version of our Push to Kindle Android app. This is what's new:

Attempt to fix the connection problems reported by some users

Improved language support in converted articles

Use new Android permission system when saving locally (SD card) 

We are making this release available to our patrons. If you're an Android user and want to give it a try, the APK file should be attached. If you download it from your Android phone or tablet you should be prompted to install it.
