We've received a few emails from patrons wondering how they can continue sending through our Push to Kindle email service when their credits run out.
While our app and browser extensions allow unlimited sending, those who rely on the email service need to be sustainers (patrons at any tier) to enjoy the same benefit. It's a small fee which allows us to continue running the service, and we appreciate all of you who enjoy the service and support it in this way.
Unlocking unlimited email sending
When you send to @pushtokindle.com we'll warn you when you get close to using up your free 25 credits. If you've received such an email, or if you received an email telling you you have no credits left, here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to our Member page
2. Click Log in with Patreon
3. After logging in, you'll be redirected back to our Member page
4. Copy the Activation code you see in the section "Pushtokindle.com email access"
5. Find the email you received telling you that you were out of credit or low on credit and click the link it contains telling you to purchase more credits.*
6. Paste the activation code you copied in step 4 into the field here and click 'Submit'
That's it!
* Note: If in step 5 you deleted the email you received from us telling you you were low or out of credit, simply try sending again to your @pushtokindle.com address and you'll receive the email again.
