It was barely even winter, and yet snow blanketed the fields and roofs as it fell over Hogsmeade. He watched it from the horseless carriage as they rode down to the village from Hogwarts, sitting across from his two best friends while pointedly avoiding their gazes.
Hermione carried a stack of parchment in her lap, clearly intended for the secret group she had gone on about creating. Ron, meanwhile, kept glancing at Harry as if waiting for the right moment to corner him.
Harry knew exactly what was coming, being a conversation he had been avoiding for months at this point. And it wouldn’t just be about Umbridge and her poor teaching skills, but rather his lack of resistance to the woman.
“So…” Hermione casually said at last, readying to continue a discussion that had been going on nonstop for weeks. “I’ve been thinking more about it.”
Harry sighed quietly. “Of course you have.”
Hermione ignored that. “It’s obvious no one is going to learn anything useful in Defence Against the Dark Arts this year. Umbridge is useless, and everyone knows it.”
“She’s not entirely useless.” Harry muttered.
Ron looked peeved. “What does that mean?”
“I’m just saying.” He said, keeping his voice deliberately neutral. “She’s teaching what the Ministry wants taught, not that it helps us actually learn anything.”
Ron’s expression soured even more. “That doesn’t even sound like you.”
“No.” Hermione said sharply, narrowing her eyes at him. “It sounds like someone trying very hard not to have an opinion.”
He looked away, resisting the urge to shrug as they both scrutinized him. They wanted him to crack, to finally reveal what was going on and why he had changed so much. He had been able to keep up the ruse of normality when school first started, but his change of heart became clear as the year went on.
The old Harry would’ve been ranting and raging at Umbridge every change he got, and certainly would’ve led the movement to resist her. Now it was Ron and Hermione who were forced to step in, taking up a role that should’ve been his.
He nearly bolted from the carriage when it stopped, as the two raced after him while they walked into the village.
“We need to do something.” She pressed. “People are scared, Harry.”
“I know.”
“Then help us.”
He exhaled through his nose, recognizing the futility of his current situation. They wanted to create secret club to learn defensive magic, resist Umbridge, and likely train to fight Death Eaters. A year ago he would’ve agreed immediately, but he knew how the Dark Lord could misconstrue the situation now. Voldemort and his agreement was clear, and this could easily be seen as a violation of it.
“I don’t think it’s a good idea.”
Hermione blinked. “What?”
Ron gave a short, incredulous laugh. “Not a good idea?”
“No.” The word came out flat and final.
For a moment, only the sound of nearby conversation and footsteps over crunching snow filled the silence. That was until Ron’s expression hardened. “You’ve got to be joking.”
“Ron—”
“No, seriously, what is wrong with you lately?!”
A few nearby students glanced over.
Harry lowered his voice. “Keep it down.”
Ron did the opposite. “No, I won’t keep it down! Everyone knows You-Know-Who is back except the Ministry, and you’re acting like the best thing to do is sit quietly and hope no one talks about it!”
“That is not what I said.”
“It’s basically what you’ve been saying for weeks!”
Hermione looked deeply uncomfortable now, eyes darting nervously between them. “Ron—”
But Ron was fully committed. “You won’t talk about Cedric. You won’t talk about what happened. You barely even say Voldemort’s name anymore—”
“Ron!” Harry snapped, sharper than intended as the redhead quieted and their conversation came to a brief lull.
He became aware that both Ron and Hermione were staring at him then. Their expressions were expectant and waiting, as if hoping he would finally crack.
Harry forced his face blank. “Nothing happened.”
Ron stared at him for a long moment until something in his expression finally snapped as he let out a bitter laugh. “Oh, brilliant. That’s it, then?”
“Ron—”
“No. Fine.” His face had gone red with anger. “If you want to spend the year pretending none of this concerns you, fine, go ahead.”
“That’s not fair.”
“Fair?” Ron repeated, looking enraged. “Harry, people are depending on you and you’re acting like a damn coward!”
The words landed harder than the redhead knew, and he couldn’t help but flinch. Ron noticed and looked almost angrier for it, turning and stomping away as he shoved past a group of nearby Ravenclaws.
“Ron!” Hermione called after him weakly, before turning to him with glassy eyes. “Oh, Harry.”
She wasn’t angry but rather hurt, which almost felt worse. “I know.”
“No, I don’t think you do.” Hermione said, voice trembling slightly. “Ron’s angry because he thinks you don’t care, and I know that isn’t true, but you’re making it impossible to help you.”
He laughed once under his breath. “Help me?”
“Yes.”
“You can’t.”
Hermione’s expression crumpled slightly, as tears finally left her eyes. He resisted the urge to swear as he grabbed her and moved off the road, maneuvering into a side alley where people wouldn’t see and couldn’t overhear them.
He didn’t want her to be upset, and to leave her in this terrible state. So when he spoke again, his voice was barely above a whisper as he tried to give her at least something.
“In the graveyard, something happened.” Hermione went completely still as he talked. “I didn’t tell Dumbledore or anyone else everything.”
Her inhale was sharp. “What do you mean?”
Harry swallowed. “I made… an agreement.”
Hermione stared at him as though she’d misheard. “With who?”
He gave her a pointed look, and she gasped. “No…”
“Cedric was dead. I was alone and tied to a statue. He had my blood, counteracting my Mother’s protection, along with all his Death Eaters being there too, meaning he had every possible advantage in that graveyard.” His jaw tightened as he remembered back to the third task. “I made the best decision I could in about thirty seconds.”
Hermione’s eyes searched his wildly, as if realizing for the first time what he had gone through in that Graveyard. Rather than just being sad and frustrated, the brunette almost looked heartbroken.
“Oh, Harry…” Her tone was different, more understanding this time.
“I know how this looks.”
“No.” Hermione said immediately, fiercely. “No, I understand.”
He blinked.
She stepped closer, lowering her voice. “I’ll… stop bothering you about the defense club, and will do what I can with Ron.”
“Just like that?” He felt stunned. “Don’t you agree with Ron, that I’m a co-”
“Don’t say that! You’re not a coward!” She nearly hit him, suddenly furious. “Ron expects too much if he thinks you should’ve fought Voldemort alone after all that! It’s a miracle you’re still here!”
“Thanks.” He felt slightly better. “Just don’t tell him. Or anyone, for that matter.”
“I won’t.” She agreed, before her expression became strange. “You, um- Didn’t agree to join him, did you? To take the Dark Mark?”
“Nothing that bad.” She took a breath of relief at his answer. “Just that I have to marry a pureblood of his choosing.”
“What?!” Hermione exclaimed. “Wait, marry?! As in Voldemort picked out a girl for you to actually marry?!”
“Yep.”
“And you’ve met her?” For some reason, the brunette looked even more manic than before, almost delirious. “Does she go to Hogwarts? Don’t tell me she’s in Slytherin!”
“Hermione, she’s-”
“Parkinson, Bulstrode, Carrow, Moon, Greengrass…” It was too late for reason, as she was already counting through the Slytherin girls in their year. Her gaze snapped to his face, searchingly. “I’m guessing its not Parkinson, so maybe Greengrass? She’s such a bitch though-”
“Hermione, she doesn’t go to Hogwarts.” He cut her off, shaking the girl out of her reverie. “She’s older, and graduated quite some time ago.”
“O-Older?” She stuttered out, clearly not expecting that. “D-Don’t tell me she’s a Death Eater?”
“No, but she doesn’t oppose Voldemort either.” He said. “Things are actually working out between us, if you would believe it.”
“Wait, so you’ve already met? And a couple times at that?” Her brain seemed to be catching up to their conversation. “And you’ll actually wed?”
“After this year, probably in the summer.” He answered. “Voldemort made it magically binding, so we have to. Otherwise we’ll lose our magic and probably die.”
He had only briefly looked into the marriage contract that Voldemort had him agree to. While not a legal expert, he could tell there was no way out of it without lethal repercussions. The Dark Lord had created it, after all, so he would expect as much.
“Hah, I can’t believe you’re actually going through with this. Marriage, I mean.” She looked dazed. “If you told Ron this, he’d probably be mad then jealous.”
He let out an amused snort, more self deprecating than anything else. “Just don’t tell him, please.”
“I won’t.” Hermione nodded. “Does Dumbledore know?”
“Yes.” He replied. “Or, I think he does. Pretty sure that he has spies in Voldemort’s ranks who told him.”
“T-That makes sense.” Hermione said, glancing away in thought. “We better go now.”
“You can head along.” He said, having little desire to interact with Ron after their argument. “I have somewhere to be.”

The falling of water intermixed with the loud slapping of skin, splashing and making the noise more erotic to his ears.
PLAP PLAP PLAP
His fingers dug into the rippling, fat brown booty as it clapped against his thighs. All the while soap coated and ran through the enticing valleys of Julia’s flesh, before falling down in rivulets when he impacted against her sopping core.
“Fuck, I missed you! I missed you so much baby!” She screamed as she writhed against him, more desperate than he had ever seen her before.
Her cunt was stretched wide around his erect cock, as he slammed himself in and out of her tight core. All the while her big tits were smushed against his chest, rippling and shaking while covered in the water coming from the shower overhead in a way that only made him harder.
His muscles strained at carrying her weight, but his lust-consumed brain ignored it, only focusing on pounding her harder. They only saw each other only so often after all, with him being away at Hogwarts and her sometimes able to meet him during Hogsmeade weekends.
“Gah! AH!” The older woman shook wildly against him, all while he felt her walls clench tight around his cock for the seventh time. They had done nothing but fuck all day since he left Hermione and Ron earlier, from a blowjob in the foyer to doggy style on the bed to finally here in the shower.
“Damn.” The pleasure was getting to him, his cock pulsing with intensity. He felt like he was going to explode, his balls carrying a tremendous load that was absolutely huge.
It was then he felt her arms clench tightly around him, manicured nails biting into his back. That was when he felt her teeth against the skin of his neck. She was giving him a hickey, and a noticeable one at that. It would be a struggle for his roommates not to notice it in the coming days, and high collared shirts would be a requirement for the time being.
Harry let out a roar as he slammed her down on his cock one final time, pushing Julia against the glass of the shower as his vision blurred slightly. It was a miracle he managed her sit her weight down after all that, and further put on a towel before sitting down in the bed afterwards.
“What was that all about?” He asked when she exited the bathroom after him, examining the hickey she had given him. Julia typically wasn’t so passionate in her lovemaking as to leave actual marks.
“Just making sure to mark my territory.” She didn’t bother changing, letting her towel fall to the floor when she was dry and exposing her nakedness to the world. From there she knelt before him as he sat on the edge of the bed, taking his flaccid cock and giving it a few pumps to make it harden. “Don’t want you to end up in a broom closet with some schoolgirl and forget about me.”
He snorted, staring down at the massive pair of breasts that were exposed to him, and knowing none of the girls at Hogwarts came close. “Like that will happen.”
“Still, doesn’t hurt to be careful.” She grinned up at him, before her expression changed. “What troubles you?”
The woman was an expert on reading people, something that came from her career of assassination and espionage which she used to build her fortune over the decades. “How did you know?”
“You were rougher than usual, almost like you were trying to fuck the frustration out of your system.” She gave his cock a long lick from base to tip, smirking all the while. “Not that I mind.”
His length only throbbed harder. “I got into an argument with Ron and Hermione. Ron ended up stomping off, but Hermione was upset. I ended up telling her about my agreement with Voldemort, and some about our relationship.”
“Oh?” She raised a brow. “Anything about me?”
“Not your name, but that I was betrothed to an older woman.”
“An older woman, huh?” Something almost challenging appeared in her expression as she stared at his cock with narrowed eyes. “Well then, perhaps it’s time I show you what this ‘older woman’ can do.”

It was a quiet morning at Hogwarts, as students engaged in the usual low hum of breakfast conversation in the Great Hall. Compared to normal, he would say everything was more subdued, no doubt caused by the ongoing Ministerial Decrees that came with Umbridge’s continued crackdowns.
A glance up showed the Professors remained seated at the front of the Great Hall, eating their breakfast quietly while Umbridge sat alongside them, all while wearing her usual ugly pink attire.
Dumbledore was also present, an odd occurrence considering the Hogwarts Headmaster was rarely seen at meals this year. Harry figured he was typical busy with Voldemort or some order-related business, or one of his many other important positions.
It was in that moment when the aging Headmaster stood, walking around the table to the lectern. Conversation in the Great Hall began to taper as students gradually noticed the Headmaster rising from his chair. It happened in waves, nearby conversations dying first before silence spread outward through the hall.
“If I may have your attention, I have a brief announcement to give.” The Headmaster said aloud in the quiet hall. “It was at the end of last year that I announced the return of the Dark Lord Voldemort. It is now that I am announcing that Voldemort was defeated yesterday evening by myself and a group of aurors. In the ensuing engagement, many of his followers were taken prisoner and will have their trials held in due time. Thank you for your attention, and know that all classes will be canceled for the day.”
The words were spoken so simply that no one really knew how to react or even what to say. And before anyone knew it, Dumbledore had exited the room via the side antechamber.
It took barely a few moments before the entire Great Hall exploded. Screams sounded out alongside cries of confusion, namely coming form the younger students. Yet the older students were not immune, especially the Slytherins who were running around like headless chickens while the Gryffindors were celebrating. For her part, Umbridge looked frozen in place, before a mix of bewildered, confused, and furious expressions appeared on her features all in the span of a few moments.
Harry just felt dazed, his appetite forgotten as he stared blankly ahead. He could fell the gazes of others on him, but simply remained still, trying to think through what he just heard.
“Mr. Potter.” He turned to look up at Professor McGonagall, who ignored the ensuing chaos as she walked over to him.. “The Headmaster requests your presence in his office.”
/////
As was usual, he didn’t even get a chance to knock on the door to the Headmaster’s office before it opened on its own, followed by Dumbledore’s inviting voice. “Come in.”
Trinkets, book-filled shelves, and scores of portraits lined the room, but he ignored all of it to approach the open seat at the room’s only desk.
“Please, have a seat.” Dumbledore began as he sat down. “And I must start by apologizing, Harry.”
“Anything in particular?” His voice was a bit snide, but he was feeling petty. The man had ignored him for months, leaving him to his fate until finally intervening now.
“Multiple things.” Dumbledore continued. “First, for all that I have put you through these years. I realize now that it was wrong to leave you alone to fend so hard for yourself, for me to provide so little help in the monumental tasks you have faced. Second, for not telling you anything these past several months. The need for secrecy was great in my war against Tom Riddle, and I couldn’t risk involving you when it would put you in so much danger.”
He frowned at the man’s wording. “So you know about our agreement then?”
“I do.” Dumbledore looked every bit his age in that moment. “I am so sorry that you found yourself in that graveyard in the first place, my boy. One could hardly blame you for agreeing to Tom’s terms, and I even applaud you for getting out unharmed. One could even call your survival a victory.”
“I thought you were mad.”
“I was never mad at you.” He specified. “That you would find yourself in such a situation… That Tom was using the entire tournament as a ruse to whisk you away, certainly was beyond anything I could’ve predicted. I was angry with myself for not doing more when your name came out the Goblet, and with how Tom had orchestrated the entire affair under my very nose.”
“And about Voldemort? What you said earlier, he’s actually dead?”
“Yes.” The Headmaster nodded. “It was When I learned of your agreement, I took things into my own hands and took drastic measures to learn of his immortality. He used a very obscure form of magic from Ancient Greece to extend his life, and with a bit of luck along with help from an old friend, I was able to undo it.”
He stared at the man for a long moment before swallowing thickly. “It’s over, then.”
“Indeed.” Dumbledore grimaced. “However, I am ashamed to say that I looked over your marriage contract, and was unable to find a loophole in it.”
“So you knew about that to, as I thought.” His lips curved upwards slightly. “Don’t worry, I’m fine with it.”
“Harry, you must know Mrs. Zabini is a dangerous woman-”
“I know.” He raised a hand to interrupt him. “Trust me, you’re the last person I want to talk to about my love life.”
“How come?”
“You’re old.” Dumbledore grinned slightly at his answer. “And because I’ve learned that older witches are obsessed with marrying younger wizards.”

A/N: Bit of an abrupt end to Voldemort, huh? This is meant to be a shorter fic, and next chapter will likely be the last with Harry’s wedding
