What you're seeing is just a fragment of the inks β and even from this tiny glimpse, you can feel the comedic energy. This week is some of the funniest writing in the whole chapter. The faerie is smart. She's creative. She's trying every trick she has. And absolutely none of them are working.
LiFangFei works as a story because every character has their own agenda and their own limitations. The faerie isn't just a plot device β she's a full character, and watching her deal with consequences is just as satisfying as watching Li Fang Fei deal with hers.
