Behold: Twili Midna, our absolute favorite chaos gremlin from the Twilight Realm, reimagined in the full, gloriously voluminous ArtgasmiK style. We’re sharing the complete journey on this one:

🔵 Rough sketch — where Mariano starts throwing shapes around like he’s building a planet. Circles everywhere, energy everywhere, zero regrets.

✏️ Pencils — the creature begins to take form. The Twili markings are starting to appear, the proportions are becoming magnificently unhinged in the best possible way, and that smug little smile is already fully present.

🖊️ Inks — clean, sharp, dramatic. Those Twili patterns across her robe? Mariano inked every single one by hand. Every. Single. One. We are not okay. But it looks incredible.

🎨 Full color — Hernán gave her that gorgeous blue-grey skin, the teal and gold markings, and that moody lavender-pink background that feels exactly right for a creature of shadow and mischief. She looks like she’s absolutely delighted about something and you should probably be worried about what it is.

⚡ VALENTINE SCARLETT — Inks + Full Color

Scarlett, leaning back, eyes closed, head thrown back, fully committed to whatever moment she’s having. The inks here are some of Mariano’s most expressive linework in recent memory — the way the figure curves against the wall, the energy in that posture. And the color? Cool grey-blue background, that tiny pop of purple top doing its best and failing heroically, warm skin tones throughout. Scarlett’s fine. More than fine. ⚡

💕 PRINCESS VALENTINE — Inks + Full Color

Our crowned queen decided that Valentine’s Day deserved a very personal celebration — just her, a giant glossy heart, and absolutely nothing else worth mentioning. The inks are all smooth curves and confident lines, which is very on-brand for a princess who clearly has zero insecurities. The color version gives her that warm blonde hair and a rich red heart that pops beautifully against the purple-pink gradient background. She’s smiling. She knows exactly what she’s doing. Respect. 👑💕

🎄 PRINCESS XMAS — Inks + Full Color

Same princess, different season, VERY different energy. Christmas came early and it came aggressively. Our girl is holding onto a pair of ornaments that appear to be making some very unauthorized decisions, and her face is doing that perfect “I did NOT sign up for this” expression that we love so much. The striped stockings, the bow tie, the little crown still perfectly in place while everything else goes sideways — chef’s kiss. The color version goes full festive: red, green, gold, and a very chaotic pink magic effect that explains a lot and nothing simultaneously. 🎄

🔬 TEST SUBJECT — Inks + Full Color

Science! Probably! Our very enthusiastic researcher appears to be conducting some extremely thorough fieldwork, and her test subject is having… a reaction. The inks on this one are particularly crisp — that clinical lab setting with the hard perspective lines contrasting against the very non-clinical situation happening in the foreground is exactly the kind of tonal chaos we live for. The color version adds a cool, sterile blue-grey to the environment that makes the whole scene feel delightfully clinical and completely unhinged at the same time. For science. 🔬
