With everything I've been stating and hoping to accomplish, I've come to realize it's very much impossible for me to do everything. While Journey to Alivir has been a wonderful project to build on and grow, Thrown to the Wolves feels weak in retrospect and people have been shouting from the rooftops about how they want more to it. I've promised content for both, but I'm at a sort of crossroads due to that.
Journey to Alivir - Focusing on JTA would be a heavy focus on polish and breathing life into the Village by adding more items, NPCs, quests, player form reactive dialogue, and more Endings without any huge map expansions. This would also entail Contributor cameos finally being added, with extremely unique characters with their own stories to tell.
Thrown to the Wolves - Focusing on TTTW would entail a full ground-up overhaul of nearly every aspect of the demo to bring it up to par with JTA. New plugins, window styles, complete scene image restructuring and upscaling, more endings, and a completely new map expansion alongside brand new human NPCs with their own wolf TFs you can trigger yourself or actively prevent depending on your own form. This would also be the longest option, requiring me to essentially tear up the entire rotten foundation and replace it.
Whatever is picked will be worked on lightly in the background, but no massive push will be done until the new year, including devlogs. Happy Holidays to all of you, and I'm very excited to see what is picked <3
