A serious situation is ongoing.

First of all, I'm sorry that recent posts have focused on legal issues rather than game development. I never wanted this page to become about disputes, but recent events leave me feeling that I need to keep everyone informed.

As many of you know, after receiving a legal demand from Micah's attorney, I stopped releasing further game updates that could become part of the ongoing dispute. I also offered refunds to supporters who preferred not to remain subscribed while this situation is unresolved. My goal has always been to reduce conflict rather than escalate it.

Yesterday, despite the dispute remaining unresolved, Micah publicly announced that former Patreon supporters could contact him directly to receive Epic Game Store keys. Given the current legal situation, I found this surprising, especially since his attorney had previously demanded that I stop distributing or updating the game, as he directly contradicts what his lawyer previously stated.

Today, something happened that concerns me even more.

Micah publicly posted the personal contact information of a supporter who has been helping me obtain legal assistance. Regardless of the dispute between us, I believe that private individuals who choose to help either side should not have their personal information exposed publicly. I sincerely hope no one contacts or harasses this person.

I have documented these events and provided them to my legal counsel.
