In CAS give your Sim the Mafia Boss trait.
Recruit Associates into your mafia family.
Click on a recruit, select the Action menu, Add or remove to your mafia family.
Note: you must add members before needed menus to show up.
Once you have associates in your mafia family you can meet with them through a social event.
This event is non goaled.
If you don't see anyone in the event, add a few more or make sure they're close by.

How To Install-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.-Requires the latest version of Sims 4-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.
