This week I have been updating the very old images that are at the beginning of the game. The first couple of events with Emily and Courier, her father and the meeting with Julia in the Garrison were particularly bad so I re-rendered them with better lighting, poses and cloth simulation. I also added a small pile of clothes to the part of the event where Emily is putting on her clothes to make it seem she is actually taking them. Overall these images look much better and I don't plan to update any other images for the time being.
I thought the process would be much slower as I had to re-pose all the characters in the scenes and to basically redo the lighting from scratch but it took way less time than I anticipated. With that done, I can now focus fully on releasing the demo which is basically done.
Also I have been working on the mechanics for the next update and the structure of the game going forward. I will share more details on that in the next week's update when I finish implementing that in the game and can somewhat showcase it.
