I ended up watching the Infinity Castle trailer IMMEDIATELY after finishing up Season 4 lol.
I watched BOTH the Crunchyroll and Sony trailers bc I wasn't sure which one I was supposed to see lol. I loved them both!The Crunchyroll trailer felt like pure hype. Like watching a living poster come to life. Every shot felt designed to get your blood pumping and remind you how massive this story and characters have become.The Sony trailer, though? That one hit very differently. It was darker. Heavier. More suffocating. The atmosphere alone had me on the edge the whole time.And those voices...I had a few realization that broke my brain.The demon talking to Zenitsu is the same demon responsible for the tragedy that killed Himejima's orphans and ultimately set him on the path to becoming one of the strongest Hashira. And apparently that's ALSO the same person we very briefly saw connected to Zenitsu's past back in Season 1. Which, thank you all for the reminder lol. THIS is why you all wanted me to remember him so badly.HE'S A DEMON!Also.. did anyone else hear Gyutaro's voice saying "What a wonderful night?"Because I felt like I was losing my mind a bit there lol. Maybe it is just Upper Moon 2 because is he being shown there.Maybe they share the same VA?
Or maybe Demon Slayer is about to start resurrecting people because I kept thinking back to Rengoku literally talking to Mitsuri and Tanjiro in the end of the Taisho-era secret at the end of Season 4 and it was so wild lol. Whatever happens, I'm EXCITED.It's surrel that after this entire journey, I'm finally here.
