These three episodes were SUCH a mix!Episode 10 really had me thinking deeper about trusting your instincts.. Because sometimes when you feel like something is off, you're right! Sokka knew something was wrong but it was rooted in jealousy. And sometimes your instincts can just be bubbling up anxiety that throw off your judgement completely by who you want someone to be..I definitely understand why Karata and Aang trusted Jet so easily.But I felt for Sokka fighting for his literal LIFE to get someone just to listen 😅Then Episode 11 was basically Type A vs Type B personalities forced to spend some time together and I loved it LOL. Some people are just so fundamentally different and sometimes the argument isn't even about the original problem anymore. It's just about being RIGHT. I think it's hilarious that poor sweet monk Aang was trapped in the middle and finally said screw it and straight up LIED to everyone 😭 Was it right? Maybe not.. But did it work and put 100 years worth of bickering finally into the past where it belongs? YESThen THE STORM episode 🔥Finally some backstory into Aang AND Zuko! Finally knowing what happened to Aang and why he disappeared for 100 years felt tragic. Watching his friends stop letting him play a game he invented just because he was 'the avatar' made me so sad/mad for him. Then Monk Gyatso being torn away from him because he was the only one fighting for his inner child 😢 Of course he ran away! I would too...But it really does feel like fate that the storm happened when it did and sealed him away for 100 years before the massacre of his village. He wasn't ready to win any fights... Maybe some things do happen for a reason even if we don't understand the total plan yet.And Zuko... Yeah, I feel for him completely now.He spoke up to protect innocent young soldiers and now how I see him has completely changed. He saw something wrong and said something about it, making his own father turn against him?
