I finally experienced my first 'Indiana Jones' film!!!
I had a really fun time with this movie! The action was nonstop. Every time Indy escaped one impossible situation, another would immediately pop back up. But it never got old watching him make it up as he goes. I can absolutely see why so many adventure movies and games were build on this incredible Spielberg/Williams foundation!Indiana Jones is also just... so ridiculously likable. He's smart, confident, capable. But he doesn't feel invicible LOL. He still gets knocked down, punched, shot at, and he's always just barely surviving. Half of his victories come from thinking on the fly or just getting extremely lucky. It makes every action scene feel super exciting because I genuinely never know how he's going to get out the next mess!This movie is just PURE adventure. It reminds me why I love these old blockbusters so much..They're unapologetically fun. The practical effects, the wild chases, the snakes...WHY WERE THERE SO MANY SNAKES 😅It was a super fun time & had me wishing I put more of these on my summertime vibes schedule!Thank you all for hanging out in another summertime vibe film!So far they've all been SO incredible..
