I doodled this on the TDOV and meant it to be some kind of fun homage piece but then Elis and Reigen became Elis and Reigen and it made more sense to make it something slightly more generic; that is, however, why the balloons are pink and blue.
did a FEW experimental things here mostly relating to how light casts off balloons! learned a lot. not enough, but, a lot. <3

Elis is making fun of Reigen for having horns and quills -- as the balloons are incredibly tight and pushing against his head -- because Elis is pushing them together quite so hard. Reigen looks pissed; Elis looks like he's having a great day.
