Sorry, there haven't been any updates on a new game build. I’ve been a little stressed out and have been figuring out other things revolving around Discord's Age Verification controversy. Been chatting with my teammates on moving to Alternative Chatrooms like STOAT and/or MATRIX, along with using other sites as a backup chat room if needed. Along with debating whether I should move my Discord Server to the alternatives that I mentioned. It also doesn’t help that I had moments where I doom scrolled which of course does not help with my stress and worry. Anyway, I do hope to release a game build this month, just sorry there is a delay happening with it.Discord's Age Verification controversyStarting in March, Globally if Discord can’t tell if you're an adult, then it will ask for a Face Scan or a Govt ID to prove your age. Now I think most of us would be fine with an Age Verification if these systems worked, and your personal info remains private to you. Course we have seen this has not been the case with how things have been happening in the UK, and even Discord itself had a data breach where 70k Govt IDs were leaked only 4 months ago. So, Discord already has proven that they can’t be trusted, and I recommend people to look at alternatives, never give in to Discord's requirements, and never give any of your money to Discord (vote with your wallet). It won’t be instant, but as more people push back, it will eventually lead to change.
