Here's my first beautiful newsletter. Since I made my update post here a few days ago, I've been feeling super excited about the stuff I have planned and the prospect of sticking to a gorgeous routine for my gorgeous posts.
I've been working on a couple of lil' fun projects, some NASTY MARIO drawings for Hot Dad, which will be visible in a video he's making very soon. Here's one of them:
I also made some drawings for a small section of an upcoming Big Joel video.
(it's for a video about 'love languages', so I used author Gary Chapman's real face)
After that it was time to carry out my plan (make content).
I think that having scheduled tasks in Google calendar, that are then linked to Google tasks and auto-repeat, makes me feel very powerful. My to-do list is perfect. I have achieved perfection (made one to-do list). Life is easy, actually.
As the end of the year LOOMS, I hope I'll be able to reach my goal of 25 books read in 2022. Right now I'm 24 down, so I think it'll be no problem. I've read a few super short books this year, like Machiavelli's The Prince (weird), and also The Scum Manifesto (normal), and I guess it's pretty interesting to read books that are both very short and pretty influential or are these kind of Big Cultural Moments. The book I probably like most that I read this year though is Chess Story, or The Royal Game (there's two titles for some reason, idk) by Stefan Zweig. That slayed and was really beautiful. It's about a guy who is imprisoned by nazis and has access to only one book the whole time, a chess book. Highly recommend.
Next year I will probably read like 700 books. Don't worry about tbh I'll just read probably 700 of them.
So right now my goals for next week are: read more book, and edit my first new vlog for the new year.
I also found some old paper and pens and stuff in my granddad's house, so I think I'll try to make some Christmas Drawings with them :-)
Merry Christmas!!! Let's go!!!
