This is the Stealth Flipper Lid for the standard 12-ounce Sleeker Can Holder.
It also fits the 375 ml and 16-ounce Sleeker versions.
This one is pretty much what it sounds like. It follows the same basic idea as the original Stealth Flipper Lid, with a center section that hinges at the back and flips up so you can access your drink. It gives you a cleaner, more incognito way to drink from the can holder without needing a straw.
There are detents built in so the front can snap down when closed.
A couple of print/design notes:
The center flip-up section prints face down, which makes it a good spot to add a flush logo if you want to customize it.
The main lid piece worked really well printed on its edge, so that is how this one is set up. Because of that, it is not quite as ideal for logos on the main lid body. You could still orient it face up and add flush or raised logos, but you would need supports under the overhangs, and those usually do not come out as clean. That is why this one is oriented the way it is.
