Welcome to the 0.9.0 update! Something I'm very happy about as it took quite a lot of work. Still, as always, I was too ambitious and even though my procrastination levels were at 0%, I wasn't able to finish everything I wanted. If it wasn't for a one good comment, I would probably try to take another week to release it, but like that person mentioned: I can just release another update next week if I want, obviously, lol.
There is too much to quickly convey it in text form, so to see all the changes, please refer to the release notes. More changes, updates, events and other things I promised coming soon!
It CAN be buggy. I tried to catch everything, everywhere I could, but I could miss something. If something pops up, please report it.
This update won't have a 'just update' files as there were too many changes and it would be buggy if it would even work correctly.
Mac update will be tomorrow.

Secret Care Cafe release notes ver 0.9.0
- changed and updated Item Shop, added more text and adjusted prices
- updated Love Menu UI completely to be more readable and less intrusive
- many adjustments and changes to in-game UI (icons, positions, sizes, etc) to make it less cluttered and overwhelming
- a lot of changes and optimizations for backrooms during gameplay,
- you can now change speed of the game in the backrooms (if you have game speed unlocked in the backrooms)
- added 20 new opportunities including Kawa and Aria (includes around 23 new little cgs)
- updated how new opportunities are coded and generated (more optimized, will redo the old ones later)
- changed the background images of girls (and boys) in the chat menu (6 cgs in total)
- changed the look of invite spot to be more pleasing and fitting (on day 1 to day 3 it shows text on it to help understand how this place works, after it, it's just the outline and after 15 days, the outline is bit more transparent)
- changed test sound while changing the sfw loudness to better represent the real volume
- added language changing option in the main settings and now txt file events check for translated files (work in progress especially the special character fonts)
- added settings menu to the preparation menu
- few small changes to the main menu (including skin choosing and positioning)
- event with Roomba on the phone was a bit changed, is now re-playable in the gallery, fixed mouth positioning and is in txt form
- bad ending of Roomba and Ver boss fight now repeatable in gallery (was buggy and not loading before) and in text form
- aria and cookie flirt event added to gallery
- changed Cynthia's dad portrait to be a little smaller to not cover the text in textbox
- added next chat indicator for Clint
- added transparent background for tips for better readability
- slowed down some animations that were too fast
- got rid of some fonts that were doubled
- changed some sound effects
- fixed backrooms button still showing it's locked when pressed
- fixed a bug trying to play the main menu music before it was loaded to the engine
- fixed number indicators for keyboard being under Maid's portraits
- fixed clicking main menu button not getting rid of the save/load screens
- fixed clicking title screen in main menu being below main menu window
- fixed load/save menu being open while clicking menu button again
- fixed some fonts not showing special characters
- fixed a sound effect (that is used twice in a game) loading when the game was starting
- fixed camera being off a couple of pixels when going to backrooms
- fixed some text being written on top of each other in the backrooms
- fixed expired link to discord when trying to report a bug
- fixed buttons in preparation menu not being the same length pixels away from each other (OCD's worst nightmare)
- some more small code optimizations
- fixed some typos, wrong characters speaking in few events and some portraits positioning:

Download instructions:
For those using the segmented downloads, you need to download all files ending with Patreon.7z. In this case, part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4. Extract all files in one folder then you can play the game by double-clicking the .exe file.
Other external links (Google Drive, Mega, etc) have the game in one package file. Use any Zip program (7zip or WinRAR) to extract the files then you can play the game by double-clicking the .exe file.
If you have the previous version, you can download JUST the update file. Just extract or copy-paste the files of the update into the game folder with the previous version. Remember to click "yes" when asked to replace files with the same name. Also, please double check your game's version number and update version file. Otherwise, you will have visual bugs and will have to redownload the game completely.
If you are having graphical issues or some scenes don't load, download the full version of the game and not the update alone.
