We've made tremendous progress on the update. All the gameplay and images for the character screen are finished. I've also started working on the non-animated portion, in case you choose to skip the animations. I have to dub all the voice lines in the sex scenes for this option.
We still have two big sex scenes and one short dialogue scene left to finish. We still need another fifteen days of work.
I'll make sure to have a version ready for the testers this weekend, but unfortunately, at a rate of 20 renders per day, we still need 15 days; 300 renders plus six animations.
The game currently contains a total of 1,850 renders and 28 animations; once it is fully completed, it will contain 2,150–2,200 renders and 40 animations.
The first part of the prologue; the part set in the past, ends before the scene with Lucy and Isa. I made that cut back then so you could play the scenes set in the present.
Today I have two ways to add the two missing scenes from the past. One method would be to place these two scenes after the MC leaves the academy, and the other method is to maintain continuity and continue the past scenes within the past. The latter method would make the old save files incompatible. I’ll send both methods to the testers, but I need to know your opinion.
If all the scenes set in the past follow one another, the transition to the present will be more organic and logical. If you prefer to keep your save files, the missing scenes set in the past will take place after you leave the academy and will therefore be less organic and may confuse players.
DLC :
Today I released the DLC for all tiers. I can confirm that the DLC(s) will never be made public.
I know it's already been leaked, but I won't discuss it on forums or anywhere else but here, because I don't want it to be made public, but I can't stop the leaks, and I won't do anything to prevent them.
The DLC introduces trans characters to the game. They will never appear in the game unless the DLC is installed, and they will always have at least one scene per update in the DLC.
I'm not trying to attract a new audience or offend my current fans. I'm simply trying to explore this type of character, both in terms of the story and visually.
I understand that this is a divisive topic, and even a politically complicated one. I will never share my personal opinions or insult anyone, but I was curious to see what this kind of character
would bring to the story.
If all of you, or a vast majority of you, want me to stop creating this kind of character, I'll stop and turn the characters in the DLC into girls, and we'll never talk about it again.
Next Monday, there will be a poll to ask you this question directly. I have my own opinion, but you're paying for my work, so I need to listen to you and not force anything.
Let me remind you that this topic came up at the very beginning of ATC's development and that I wasn't caught off guard by it.
