Hello everyone!
As promised, I'm sending out a post to tell everyone a little about my plans for the next 1 or 2 months.
As I explained in this public post, I've been feeling burnt out from working on King of Summer and related projects all the time. Read that post for more details on how I've felt.
However, I also realized I haven't been too communicative, especially when it comes to release dates (and missing them consistently). So I've made a relatively-lenient schedule for myself, which I'll stick to for the next month or two.
Half of my focus will remain on King of Summer, and the other half in the short project I teased during the my last post.
So let's get the information out of the way~
Regarding 'The King of Summer' (and related projects)
The King of Summer v 0.7.1-early will come out during the week of the 22nd of June.
Starting from that week, it'll be on a bi-weekly schedule for at least another full update. Content won't be lacking in quality, but I will now intentially take a bit more time to make it so I can properly work on the Finale.
So what can you expect from 0.7.1?
No renders yet, but the idea is simple: after Mary's final stunt, the following day will have Satoshi confront her, as was the case in the original script.
However, unlike in the original ending in which Kendo wished to enjoy just Mary, as freely as he could... this time around, there are other women who might want a piece of that action.
So... expect some group beach fun~
As for Isle of Fall and Weekend, they are on different levels of 'on hold' for now. I will prioritize Satoshi's Weekend first once I resume work on these projects.
Announcing: 'A Thoughtless Embrace', a short NTR story about childhood friends
'A Thoughtless Embrace' is the title of the non-King of Summer related short project I'll use to 'cleanse my palate', so to speak. I will work on it on a bi-weekly basis as well, with the first part coming out for Dandy Patrons ($10) and above within the next 7 days.
Synopsis:
Ann, Samuel and Oliver were close friends during high school, making for a strange trio. The awkward, no-nonsense Ann and the nerdy Samuel began dating soon after graduation, but the flippant Oliver drifted away, disappearing from the grid entirely.
5 years later, Ann and Samuel are now living together, enjoying their steady, albeit slow-moving relationship. A comment from a co-worker has Ann thinking about marriage, just as Samuel has to leave for a 2 days trip to the countryside. Right after walking Sam over to the station, Ann suddenly stumbles upon their old friend Oliver, who has recently come back to town.
After catching up, Oliver decides to give Ann some advice on how to make Samuel propose. He was their best friend, after all!
But this 'best friend' might have other intentions in mind. Physical, intimate intentions. But wait, why isn't Ann pushing him away? Why is she pretending nothing is going on? Why does she keep talking as usual, even as her body gets probed, pleasured, and slowly stolen away?
It all begins with a thoughtless, innocent embrace.
I will write a longer post soon for patrons-only, with a few more renders of the characters, more information about the story, and the specific features of this little NTR visual novel I plan to release over the course of the following month.
I'm going for a mood that's rather different from 'The King of Summer's on purpose, so as to get my creative juices flowing once more!
It's a bit of a gamble on my part, but hopefully you guys can enjoy it all the same.
The first part of this short project will come out for Dandy Patrons and above ($10), and then for the following tiers on two-weeks intervals, regardless of releases.
