Hello, Patrons -- just a quick update tonight. Had a personal issue (dental) distract from work for about a week, but I've nailed down a pretty straight home stretch and I'd like to establish some expectations as we turn the corner onto the final phase of this film.I have a family travel commitment from 7/31 to 8/4 which will interrupt work on Mariner, but otherwise I can see the end of the tunnel. I am expecting a private, Patreon-only "early access" viewing version to go live no later than 8/15 (possibly as early as 8/12) followed by a public version release by 8/24. You will not see much in terms of Patron-exclusive content in August , but do expect private messages from me after the first of the month as I tally up the combined contributions over the course of this project's development . As a reminder, since this is the first project made since the Patreon's overhaul, I will be tallying your TOTAL contributions over the entire lifetime of your support. Future projects, however -- will span those months that development actually occurred. (For example, Apollo 8: Remastered, which is due in December, will tally financial support stretching back to September.)
For those eligible, I'll be reaching out and asking permission to name you specifically in the introductory credits of the film, preferred nomenclature, format etc.
