Met with the publisher yesterday and they've set the launch date for the next crowdfund at July 20th. That's less than two weeks away, which is a heck of a lot sooner than I'd prefer. I had hoped for more of a staggered release between all the books, especially for international readers who I know get hammered by the shipping, but the publisher seems to think this is best.
I'm pretty proud of these next books at least. They have the Litriya arc, which is the best arc, and I've really done my best to iron out a lot of the kinks in the artwork. I've changed fight scenes to make them read clearer, put everyone on model, expanded artwork on most pages to be bigger and bleed off the edges, and even fixed that bit in chapter 15 that drives everyone crazy where Masek shows up out of nowhere to hand Duane his jaw. There are added illustrations throughout, the Kissfist Baxter story was laid out fresh so it doesn't fall into the gutter, and the covers are pretty badass, I think.
Also, we're designing a cloth map of Kasslyne ringed by senet beasts (and maybe the mysterious lion twins of the forest) that would look cool hung up or thrown around your neck as a scarf. Treats!
