Hi.
My dad passed. At some point I hope to tell you all about it. We did get to have a really beautiful moment together at the end, and I was with him the whole time, and I'm so grateful for that.
I had imagined I would just want to take a week or two off before just trying to keep busy and jump back into some normalcy, however, that plan has had to shift. There were some things that happened before and right after his passing that have made this time far far harder than it should have been. I can't get into specifics, but suffice it to say it was pretty traumatic, and I think it will take a fair amount of time before the wounds scar over.
I've decided to pause billing for this month. I won't be able to create anything or correspond while I try to manage my symptoms, and heal.I intend to come back and keep writing, recording, and editing stories for you all. I don't know exactly when that will be, but please know that I love this work so much-- I just have to focus on getting healthy first.
