Hi MetaTFT Patrons,

TLDR: We've launched Match History and Leaderboards, check your personal stats out & discover interesting players here.

With Set 10 going live, we're launching our latest feature - player Match Histories. This has been many months of work as we wanted to do something different. After all, there are plenty of sites that offer TFT match histories, so we had to differentiate ourselves - and how better than through data?

On top of a new interface with stats and LP graphs, we've given players tags & metrics based on their own unique playstyle. These cover a wide range of different playstyle attributes, and update to your most recent games - so expect them to change with your playstyle throughout the set.

If you expand a game, you'll see that each game has its own tags, and each player is also scored based on their board strength and damage done vs all other games. Have you ever wondered after an 8th place if you misplayed, or if everyone in your lobby just high-rolled? These tags & scores will let you benchmark yourself & the lobby against other players to see how you compare.

Now the bit that's really different - detailed Post-Game Review. We hope that this can fill a gap between a detailed VOD review and just looking at your match history, which really doesn't capture much of what happened before you hit your end game board. If you're a MetaTFT App user, you'll unlock these sections (we need the app to gather this extra data) - if not, you can check out one of my games here

The Personal Summary section gives some highlights of your game, including your MVPs, some economy stats, your APM and scouting time, and highlights some key rounds.

The next tab, the Timeline, is a useful way to view how your board evolved throughout the game. It can also highlight key decisions and moments in the game, such as level-ups, unit upgrades, rerolls, gold and time spent scouting.

You can click on any round in the timeline to get taken to the "Round Detail" tab for that round, or flick through the rounds yourself (the arrow keys can quickly navigate between rounds). You can use this to review key rounds, and check if there was anything you could have done differently. Was your positioning optimal, did you scout, was there a potential upgrade in your shop or unit you could swap from your bench? (The round below I didn't scout and my bard got hit by Shroud - oops)

The final tab, Shop Analysis, looks at all your shops and tells you exactly how lucky (or unlucky) you got in your game. It looks at every shop, and takes into account all the units in play & the pool to calculate your exact odds of having hit each unit by the time you did. Ever rolled 100g for a single unit? Well, now you can find out exactly how unlucky you got!

In this game, I low-rolled my Lucian (almost 90% chance to hit it earlier), but high-rolled my Bard 3* (not complaining about that). It doesn't account for headliners yet, but working on updating it asap.

If you want to check your own stats, you can search your Riot ID and Tagline on our Match History page

You might also notice the Leaderboard on that page. We've added playstyle statistics to the leaderboard so you can quickly scan the top-ranked players for trends and unique players. You might notice that most players are leaning towards AD, or favouring certain units. My favourite part is looking for people with a red "Forcer" tag - these players are playing similar units in each game, useful for picking out people playing a unique playstyle and having success with it.

At the moment the match history is only available on the web, but we'll be adding these features to the app over the next couple of days. Speaking of which - make sure to check out our new Headliner Tracker too. What's next for Set 10

We're aiming to get Headliner Stats out as soon as possible, then we have a new Patron-only feature in the works - a Data Explorer for our round-by-round data. We'll also be working on performance and UI improvements, and some new looks for some older pages & features.

Hope you have a good start to Set 10, and good luck in your climb!
