[Early Access] ⚔️ Stylish Action HUD v1.4.0: Smart Menus, Combat Focus & QoL
v1.4.0 includes updates to menu behavior, combat visibility settings, and new font and audio options.
🕹️ Enhanced Control & UX
We've improved how you interact with the HUD to give you smoother control over your play space.
Smart Submenus: Action Menu submenus now intelligently detect screen space. If opening to the left would obscure the menu or go off-screen, they will automatically open to the right.
New Keyboard Shortcuts:
Shift + P: Toggle Party HUD visibility.
Shift + M: Toggle Action Menu visibility.
Unified Toggle: The HUD toggle button in the Scene Controls now disables the Action Menu as well, ensuring a completely clear screen when you need it.
Granular Visibility: Added "Always Hidden" settings specifically for the Party HUD and Action Menu independently.
⚔️ Combat & Tracking Enhancements
Keep your HUD focused on what matters, when it matters.
Combat-Only Trackers: You can now configure specific attribute trackers to be visible only during combat. Perfect for hiding Initiative or temporary stats during exploration.
Hide-in-Combat Trackers: Attribute trackers can now be hidden during combat while still visible outside of combat.
New Attribute Support: Added native support for tracking Initiative.
🎨 Visuals & Audio
More options to make the HUD look and sound the way you want.
RPG-Awesome Font Support: You can now use RPG-Awesome fonts for your icons, vastly expanding your visual choices.
Audio Feedback: Added satisfying click sound effects to the Fantasy and Medieval themes.
🧹 Maintenance & Stability
Smart Favorites Cleanup: When an Item or Macro is deleted, it is now automatically removed from your Favorites list to prevent errors.
Note: This update includes a one-time migration that will clean up any existing "ghost" favorites from previously deleted items.
Custom System Builder Compatibility: Fixed HUD +/- updates so numeric fields that aren't stored as {value, max} objects no longer turn into [Object Object] or NaN.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Preview Theme: Config preview no longer briefly swaps icon visuals to the Iron theme when editing settings.
Theme Polish: Corrected the orientation of the "End Turn" button in the Fantasy and Medieval themes (it now stands upright).
