EPISODE REPORT:This is the biggest Day Job project yet, featuring every character in a huge cinematic story. My animation team is now 12 people strong, and we've completed 19 minutes of footage, with just 6 minutes to go. Meanwhile, Apple_Toast is in charge of over 100 gorgeous hand-painted backgrounds, bringing Gutterball and the surrounding area to life.Production started in September (5 months ago) and will take a total of 7 months.RELEASE:Dropping April 2026. The episode will also be chopped into dozens of clips for promotional release on socials, along with a wide range of behind the scenes, process and WIP videos to expand the channels reach.
GROWTH:This is the start of Day Job. I can say confidently when I watch this new episode that it has enough substance to cultivate a dramatic growth for the series. It's an exciting release in itself, but even more so as a step forward. We now have the experience, talent and the platform needed to really make it stick with not only full episodes, but also shortform videos, comics, and games. There have been a lot of learning moments this production, but it will all serve to push our production towards releasing new episodes faster and faster every year.

FINANCIAL:Patreon support is now enough to keep the series going, as these episodes cost about AU$1600 per minute. However, in an effort to release at a faster rate, I will be announcing a separate funding plan for the rest of the series very soon.
