Welcome to Blackpost, the utter edge of the 'Verse.
Set within the larger Dark Matter universe, this mini-setting is centered upon the furthest inhabitable world from the galactic core, where terrible things happen during its weeks of icy night. With included locations, factions, and NPCs, Blackpost is designed to facilitate compelling sci-fi horror stories. Alien, John Carpenter’s The Thing, and Event Horizon are all tales that could take place in and around Blackpost.
You might recognize this setting if you've checked out Blood on the Lens or in-progress Insomnia. Since Insomnia is way off in the future for a proper release, we decided to pluck Blackpost from its pages and introduce it as a stretch goal for the recent Dark Matter Mega Box Kickstarter.
