DESCRIPTION

Hi there!

Let's get right into it:

The Voice Actress of Susette has completed my commission. I told her that more voice tracks might be needed in the future. She worked fast and the outcome is pretty good. I need to get used to the new voice of the new main character. I still hear Sonja moaning in the back of my head, hehe.

Sounds overall have been implemented. Including adjusting them in the settings. I even implemented sounds that were not available in Potion Shop Schwesterherz. Footsteps, for example. Adds to the immersion.

I will add music very late. I need to get a general feeling for the game to look for some fitting tracks.

I will share a video preview in my Discord. Feel free to take a look. It shows off the sounds I added. It also includes a lewd scene with the slime to give you a glimpse of Susette's voice.Enjoy.Phase 6:The phase that needs the longest. Overall it can be summarized as "add more content". But that's actually not all. There are still a bunch of things that are necessary and haven't been implemented yet. A level 1 for example. Or transitions from one level to another. Or going game over.

I'm not so sure where to start. Let me take a look at my list...Ehm, okay, I think its actually time to build the first level. The game will feel more complete this way.

Some random bullet points about the first level:

First level will be a forest. I don't know why I always start with that, but it feels fitting

I plan on adding maybe 3 enemies in total for now. Not sure if I will add one more this first alpha

the map sizes are GENERALLY bigger than the maps in PSS. Although, for this first alpha, I will only create a small section for now and expend on it later

game is a side scroller, so you will see some parallex scrolling. I worked on that in the past when experimenting around, let's see if it still works

game is also a plattformer, but I keep it light in that regard. The player is mostly busy fighting enemies and walk around instead of jumping from platform to platform

Not sure how long I still need to finish first alpha development. I know what it needs to have; I just don't know how much longer I need. The first 6 months are done. Technically I have 3 more left for my rough estimation in the past. Let's see if I can make it.I won't force myself though. If I think it needs to have more content, before releasing the first alpha I will take that time.

But as always: Whatever I do, I'll tell you guys all about it :)

You will hear from me again once I created some sweet pixel art assets for the background and tileset of the forest level. You can expect a screenshot once I built the level.

Until then: Have a nice day!
