In the early days of Quinns Quest when quintins strode the earth (read: Season 1), I did videos letting you guys know a bit of what happened in the campaigns of the games I reviewed. Remember those? Here's volume 1 and volume 2.
I know you guys miss those videos, so it felt right and proper to bring the format back for my big ol' Stonetop review, for which I did a big ol' campaign of 24 sessions, or about 100 big ol' hours of play (not counting prep).
I wanted to honour that campaign in this video, but I also think I learned a lot about Stonetop just through spending so much time with it, so it felt right to bundle my various tips and thoughts into a (slightly sprawling) video. There's less b-roll in this Fan Club Video that you might hope for, but it's just so damn long and my editor had other obligations creeping up on her, so we just decided to quickly shove it out of the door and not think about it again.
Isn't that exactly the kind of confidence in my own work you want to hear? 😅
