Hello everyone, and happy Sneak Peek Thursday! Today, I am previewing a bit of my upcoming map for the Lothburgh series: The Garrenhollow Foundry!
If you are new to Lothburgh, this is a collaboration project with publisher Lunch Break Heroes that will be hitting Kickstarter soon. Each of my Lothburgh maps will be featured in the adventure for Lothburgh, which will contain a setting guide, adventure, new player options (Sub-classes, feats, backgrounds, etc), as well as new monsters and equipment / magic items. A lot of love is being poured into this campaign setting by LBH, and I've had the honor of getting to help playtest the adventure. So far, I've playtested two of the new subclasses (including a street doctor rogue and a bare-knuckle boxer/fighter!), and the campaign is SO fun! I know I'm biased...But I can't help it. I don't work on projects I'm not passionate about, and I think this setting is very cool. It is a Victorian-era meets Steampunk meets Gothic Noir setting and has everything from pistol shoot-outs and paranormal encounters to solving crime via your own investigation agency and unraveling the mysteries of Lothburgh.
