If you're wondering why I haven't posted anything since Rosamunde concluded, it's because I've been converting older 3D assets to be compatible with my models, and now I'm working on enhancements I started on Rosamunde but didn't finish. And I'm planning to experiment with a true Physics Based Renderer (PBR) to improve the quality of my still images.
I'm also preparing for a major CPU hardware upgrade on Thursday, replacing my Ryzen 3 2200G (4-core 4-thread) with a Ryzen 5 5600G (6-Core 12-Thread), which should help improve 3D-rendering speed. I'm also doubling the machine's RAM from 16GB to 32, and I'm adding a 1TB NVMe SSD to the motherboard, a technology which is new to me.
I have to say that it feels good to catch up on unfinished business, and I look forward to the benefits of the enhancements and the upgrade at the same time.
As for my next project, all I know so far is that she will be tan-lined.
Through all of this, thank you for being my patrons.
