Roscoe

Roscoe is a half-blood Yuan-ti warlock, using a (spectral) deck of cards to cast his magic. His patron is the glowy lighting ball in the background, as amorphous and eldritch as any lovecraftian entity can be :D

I really dig warlocks in DnD.

I rarely got the chance to play them, but since eldritch blast is their key damage ability, you can narrate that with any fluff you want to incorporate the kind of character you want to roleplay: switch 'deck of cards' with 'feathers' and you have something like Xayah from LoL. Change it again to a 'guitar' and you can make a spellcaster rockstar, or if you're one of the powergamers taking levels in Warlock to go full Paladin later, narrate your powers as holy scrolls you detatch from your armor and roleplay as a fucking Warhammer Space Marine (only in vibes, thought).

Alright, end of yapping! I created a few different backgrounds, the first one is the 'official' while the others are alternatives/experiments I did to see how other colors match with him.
