the gang's all here!!!
we're back!! this is roughly my concept of how things will probably look going forward. really basic colors, minimalistic shading/textures -- impressionistic in some ways -- I'm trying to discard whatever doesn't help me tell a story. things will probably continue to shift from here; i might gain or lose detail in places according to whatever's slowing me down the most. but i think this looks pretty good!! i did this whole page in one day. next update: friday! (my goal is to get back to 2 pages/week, but i'm giving myself a little breathing room for experimentation for the time being.)
