Added ability to move the On Foot First Person Camera, you can modify the offsets for individual weapons, or whole categories of weapons. This only modifies the position of the camera when aiming. (the mod is supposed to force aiming when the menu is open so you can see the offsets live, but for some reason the native is bugged. Looking for a solution)

On Event Cameras are enabled by default now
