Dash Camera is now a part of the Body/Dash Cameras category and is usable outside of vehicles. Press PAGE UP (modify key via Controls.ini) to toggle the Dash Camera. If your latest vehicle is destroyed/not in range a message saying "Connection Failed, No Signal" will be displayed.
